What a beautiful location and property. Clean and comfortable host was very friendly and informative. We only stayed one night as we were catching the ferry the next day wish we could have stayed more. Will definitely book this place in the future. Loved our stay

Booked this place to attend a friend’s wedding. What a pleasant surprise. The double studio room we stayed in was well appointed with very comfortable beds and everything you need for a great stay. The garden like setting is a green oasis filled with magnolias and an impressive oak tree. It’s conveniently located less than 1 km to wonderful beaches and the ferry port of Kyllini. The owner Mr Konstantinos took excellent care of us. Highly recommend it!

We booked every single apartment for the main family for our wedding and it was absolutely fantastic. Fantastic location, well kept appartments and amazing hospitality from Mr Konstantinos. The place is even available for receptions.

Nach 3 Übernachtungen überlegen wir tatsächlich ob wir die letzten Tage unseres 4 Wochen Trips über den Peloponnes noch mal hier verbringen, bzw. Anfragen ob was frei ist, das sagt natürlich alles. Wir waren in Whg. 104 Untergebracht, alles sehr zweckmäßig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. TV haben wir nicht benötigt, war aber da zur Erwähnung, genau wie ausgeschrieben alles. Tägliche Reinigung und Austausch der Handtücher, besser geht es nicht. Tägliche Reinigung, sehr unaufdringlich, bzw. Wir haben es gar nicht gemerkt, am Nachmittag war die Wohnung tip top.der Gastgeber hat uns direkt bei der Ankunft Restaurants empfohlen und ein paar Tips gegeben. Einzige Wermutstropfen für mich mit 187 cm , das Bad und Dusche ist sehr eng. Ich weiß aber nicht wie die Bäder in den anderen Wohnungen sind. Internet fällt auch manchmal aus, aber wer Griechenland kennt, weiß das das normal ist. Der Garten, von uns nicht genutzt ist sehr schön mit einem ansprechenden Grillplatz. Sogar ein gepflegter Rasen, der macht Arbeit und ich möchte nicht wissen was der im Sommer an Wasser braucht. Parken ist ein Traum, Platz und ein elektrisches Rolltor schützt die Anlage. Insgesamt, alles super, sauber, nett und vor allem wenn man mobil ist, eine Top Location für die Umgebung Kylinni, Kastro zu erkunden und geruhsame Strandtage am Beach. Preis Leistung ist Top. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Dagmar und Christoph

Merci à notre hôte pour ce séjour plus que parfait Les équipements sont de très bonne qualité, les studios très bien équipés et spacieux. On est à 10mîn en voiture de plages paradisiaques. Il y a un parking fermé et sécurisé . Il y a un petit frigo dans la chambre, des bouteilles d’eau fraîches étaient mises à notre disposition ainsi que des dosettes de café . Le studio était très propre et on disposait d’une grande terrasse extérieure. Le rapport qualité prix est imbattable pour une telle prestation

Όμορφος χώρος, καθαρός και άνετος . Δωμάτια ανακαινισμένα και πολύ ήσυχα, παρόλο που είναι κοντά στο δρόμο. Προσεγμένος κήπος , χαίρεσαι να χαλαρώνεις στα μπαλκόνια ! Οι φωτογραφίες δείχνουν ακριβώς αυτό που είναι . Ο κος Κώστας καταπληκτικός οικοδεσπότης! Επαγγελματίας !

Tout est pensé dans le moindre détail tant niveau propreté, accueil et entretien. Nous avons même pu choisir la chambre, la salle de bains est belle et très grande, la terrasse accueillante face à un grand arbre. La route n’est pas loin mais les vitres sont phoniquement efficaces
