Every website has wrong reviews, misleading information and the hotel is in shambles. Do not stay here. Paint chipped, holes everywhere. The toilet drain was leaking. The door of the balcony does not open. The toilets have no hangers. No place to keep towels clothes. No toilet tissue holder There is no phone to the reception. Bedroom has no mirror WiFi is super weak Absolutely dirty and filthy Worse than even a small motel in remote towns I have stayed in.

Very disappointed. We were 2 family and booked 2 family rooms. We were given in 2 separate buildings. One I got was too old and couldn’t stay even for 5 minutes. It’s poor quality and scary. When I asked to change to another new building, the front desk (Bushra) said they are full. Then I e mailed *********** through which I booked the hotel. Within minutes they has a room for me. However, they made me pay 400 Euro for 5 nights. I felt that was unethical as they don’t specify buildings when you book. That was not enough. Almost everyday, we had some issues: 1) shower broke down 2) no towels 3) A/C 4) hand soap And so on The worse part is front desk staff is not helpful at all. Therefore, I would not recommend this hotel even if you get it for free.

Otele iki arkadaş çocuklarımızla birlikte 13’te gittik.Odaya detaylı bakmadan ödemeyi yaptık ve çıktık.Gece 22.00’de odaya geldiğimizde iğrenç bir odayla karşılaştık.Yatakların içinde daha önce kalanları ait uzun uzun saçlar vardı.En iğrenci de kullanılmış ama temizliği yapılmamış klozet oldu.Dışkıları görmek mümkün o denli.Odada kalamayacağımızı anladık çünkü biz Araplar kadar temizliğe önem vermeyen bir millet değiliz.Gece 23.00’te iki kadın ve çocuklar otelden ayrıldık ama ödeme yaptığımız için iadesini talep ettik otelin yetkilisiyle telefonda görüştük adamın dedikleri yenilir yutulur cinsten değildi.Saygısız , müşteri memnuniyetini zerre önemsemeyen bir adamdı.İadenln sonra gerçekleşeceği söylendi bakalım beklemedeyim, mesele parası değil mesele bu kadar pisliğe ki bunu otel çalışanı da teyit etti adamın üste çıkması ve hakaretvari konuşması.Asla ama asla gitmeyin ucuzluğuna kanmayın, çok pişman olursunuz.Buradan ayrıldık ve başka bir otele geçtik, sağlığınızı düşünüyorsanız sakın gitmeyin!!!
