The room and staff were amazing! The best place for solo travelers and couples alike! ☺️ I would highly recommend it. Very quiet and has a massage place right next door, if you are planning on hiking, go there before and after.😅

I booked a room with a balcony on the top floor, but there is a balcony in front of the room and people who want to smoke come over without permission, so there is no sense of privacy. If this is what I pay so much for, I don't think I need to book a room with a balcony... They forgot to bring a toothbrush, and forgot to bring tissue paper even though I asked for it. It feels like they're run by amateurs. The breakfast is also of a low standard, so much so that it makes me want to go out to eat. The coffee is instant and tastes bad.
The amount of hot water and the bed are fine. But the toilet seat was broken.
The apples were served with stickers still on them. This is awful.
