Hotel Vistara

It is located in the northwest of Thamel, and it takes 5 minutes to walk to Thamel. The room is relatively new, the breakfast is OK, and it is on the rooftop, overlooking Thamel.

Originally, I didn't plan to stay this long. It's a three-month trip and I have a lot of trekking planned, so I'm using this place as a hideout because I have a lot of luggage. It's really good value for money and it's right next to Thamel Street and an alley. It's a little bit inside the alley from the road where cars and motorcycles go, but that's really nice. When you enter the hotel, it becomes a quiet space that's not related to the noise of Kathmandu. The staff are all friendly and kind, and they all seem to do their best for the guests. The rooftop terrace is also great for relaxing, and the breakfast is delicious, but the coffee that's served right away is superb. It's not common to find a hotel that serves such delicious coffee for breakfast. And when I'm sitting on the terrace in my room and spending some leisurely time, I feel more comfortable than at home. I'm currently moving to Pokhara, and after finishing my trip to Pokhara, I'll go to Vistara again. I'm lucky to have met Vistara on this trip that's easy to get tired of. I highly recommend it.

Hotel location: Kathmandu has convenient transportation. You can see the Monkey Temple when you have breakfast on the top floor. There is no fog and you can see the snow-capped mountains on the balcony of the room. Hotel facilities: Look at the pictures yourself, they are quite new and were taken when I checked in that day. Look at the pictures for bedding and linens, the bed is quite comfortable. Hotel decoration: Look at the pictures yourself, it is a modern decoration style in Kathmandu. Bathroom: It is considered to be dry and wet separation, with a shower curtain. Breakfast: On the top floor, 6th floor, accessible by elevator, buffet, look at the pictures yourself, it is quite good. Hotel service staff: I personally feel that they are very service-minded and quite considerate during my stay. I was given room 307 first. When I arrived at the room, I saw a used towel and notified the waiter. The front desk staff immediately came to apologize and changed to room 507. They have a strong sense of hotel service. The location is convenient, the hotel has just opened, and the staff are very friendly. It can be seen that the owner runs the business with great care. The breakfast is rich, the restaurant on the sixth floor has a great view, there is a public viewing facility on the sixth floor that is half made of glass, and the terrace on the seventh floor is a great place to sunbathe.
