Excellent hotel, there is also a tour operator, they will help, tell, show everything, pleasant to talk to, breakfast is not bad, there is boiling water at the reception 24 hours, hot water in the shower, if you wait. There is a fan and TV in the room. I recommend

The hotel is in the very center, there is a coffee shop, restaurant, many shops nearby. The staff is friendly, we liked everything.

Service was nice but room was not worth the money Small room and bathroom which was not clean at all and noise keept comming at night I actually booked for 2 days but due to the condition of room i canceled next days booking i am really dissapointed

I found the property through a Google map. check in and check out experience was pathetic. I have booked one King size and one standard size room. while checking they were giving in different wings so I have denied the same.
after that they have charged additional 950 and were given the room where two single beds were there and amenities are not upto the mark.
I have checked in at 12.30 am and checked out at 7 am.

Pros: The hotel is on a main road so it is easy to get around. Cons: The rooms were not very clean. We had permanent marker writing on the mattress that had profanity on it. This was not nice because they are choosing to not clean this mattress. The rooms are not like the photos at all. The toilet was very dirty and the bathroom was not deep cleaned.
