i had a wonderful stay in 3 rooms by Pauline, from the beginning of our stay the staff was so attentive and the rooms were so cozy just like the pictures. I really enjoyed the breakfast as they had given us a variety from which we can choose. Would certainly come back again.

Maybe this place was good before covid came, but now it is a run down, not maintained Hotel. Towels bed sheets etc… were torn, not sure when washed the last time. Not at all to a standard one is used also to cheaper hotels in Europe. There was no service at all. One have to ask for water, toilet paper, there was no soap, nothing. When asked they bring it hours later with many apologies of cause. The only true and good thing about the place was that it is in the beautiful bahar Maja with many nice and good restaurants and a quiet oasis in kathmandu. My impression was: managers or owners just neglect the place and put some students there to pretend working. Not a place to recommend
