I stayed here for 2 nights. Upon check-in, I upgraded my room to a more spacious one with a large balcony, private toilet and shower — and it turned out to be the right decision.
Overall, I liked the staff: polite, friendly guys, ready to help. On the day of check-out, they fed me breakfast, which was a nice bonus.
The room cost 1,700 rubles, and for this price, I think the conditions are quite decent. In the room itself, I only slept and took a shower.
It was unusual to sleep because of the noise in the courtyard — there is quite a lot of local traffic there. But perhaps this is the norm for budget guesthouses, so earplugs will definitely come in handy!
The shower was quite good: there is hot water, good pressure.
The amenities included a towel (of good quality), soap and toilet paper.
The bed linen is white, slightly worn, but generally normal. Two pillows were comfortable for sleeping.
Overall, I rate the guesthouse as "good" 👍🏼. But this is my first experience of living in budget accommodation, so I have nothing to compare it with yet.

Friendly Hotel to stay. cheap budget rooms. Staff are kind and friendly. they will help you whenever you need something. they have hot and cold showers 24 hours. if you have any problem on your stay they can help you out to settle well.

Phenomenallly helpful owner, great staff. Very attentive to their clients needs. Often adding new features to the hotel. Would definitely recommend and go again. A big hi to Prajal and Rabin, as well as the Chinese restaurant staff nearby!
