The staff of hotel is friendly, family nature and very polite behavior. Rooms are well clean as well as washroom too. Atmosphere is good.☺️☺️

Location is good. However , hotel owner booked a very lame bus (Baba Adventure) for me when I need to travel to Chitwan . And he charged me 1400 NPR while the actual cost of the bus ticket is 1000 NPR. And he also tried to sell me a traveling package at 20000NPR, however , when I reached Chitwan , I managed to get same package less than 10000 NRP.

Overall good, close to the city center, there are a few KTVs nearby, which may be a little noisy at night

In the core area of Thamel, it is a little noisy during the day, but ok at night. The room is quite big, with complete facilities, good hygiene, plenty of hot water for bathing, and affordable price.

I used it again after returning from Everest Base Camp.
The room on the top floor was very nice to spend a relaxing time in front of the roof terrace.
The shower also has hot water.

Perfect place for group or family trip.very reasonable price and well menntand guest house. such a wonderful staff specially mr kedar ,he help us every thing.giving all information regarding the kathmandu tour. Also all other staff so friendly. We are enjoyed a lot this place. I recommend specially all Indians.if you are visiting Kathmandu make your stay this place . You will fully satisfy.

I stayed many times in this guest house. Specially this time I had with my indian friends . They visited Nepal first time. Hotel provided for us triple room.room was super nice and big enough space with the nice celling fan the manager organized for us City tour with very luxurious car and it was very regniable price. Really nice stay Thank you so much for all the support.
