Great place to stay if you’re in to luxury and antiquity.
The building has a lot of history , and its features are well preserved. The rooms are clean and tight. Loved the freshness of diner and same counts for breakfast!
The Nepali local coffee in the French press was tasty.
The staff is wonderful and well mannered ! A true delight to stay here !

Booked one bedroom apartment but got junior suite instead. Apparently it was under renovation. Could have let us know earlier but only found out before check in.

The stay was great, to say the least. We actually decided to extend our as our plans changed and looked no further. The staff were very flexible with our late night flight and the ensuing late check-out and assisted us price-wiae.
The hotel is truly a boutique one.
Breakfast is nice. We didn't need much anyway, so for us, it was much more than we needed. There is a slight variation on a daily basis.
The cleaning lady cleans the room impeccably on a daily basis. In general, if you need anything, the staff are accommodating and always ready to help.
Locatio- wise, the hotel is somewhat further away from the noise of Thamel and other touristy areas but close enough to places of interest.
Last but not least, we arrived later than scheduled, so the meet and greet service , which came free, was super handy.

Very disappointed with the service, there were no hot water in the toilet, (broken/not working), then AC stopped working at evening and despite complaints they didn't change room straight away, rather kept us in the same room till next day while they tried to fix the AC. Other stuff were very helpful. Good breakfast, loved their complementary airport pickup.

During my 10 days of stay I truly loved the hotel, the staff from reception to house keeping were amazing and above all Kishor from reception and Saroj, how can only forget hom, what great person. I'm very thankful to him for the support he gave me in all my needs, from shopping, site seeing and much much more, I sincerely wish to thank Saroj , your truly a gentleman and I surely will never forgot you.
