Beautiful clean and relaxing hotel, welcoming and friendly staff, from reception, restaurant, bar and clean staff! Lovely food! Great choice! Loved every minute of our stay . Nothing was too much trouble for the lovely friendly smiley staff .

We had a couples massage at the Spa and I can say worst ever.When we arrived at the waiting area the massages ladies were speaking all the time between them in Greek,then they guided us at the rooms and the lady with glasses I don't know their names unfortunately was explaining us what to do in a very rude way like she was commanding us to do it.A had the massage with the other girl wich was so off and so unprofessional.When we booked with I girl named elena who stand outsides we were already bothered from her so many times and I can say she was quit annoying but still we wanted to do a massages so that's why we dis the booking .And I can say we regret it so much.The hotel is beautiful clean and the food quit enough and tasty but the Spa area 👎

I had an amazing 5-night stay at the Aelius Hotel and Spa— couldn’t have been more pleased. The staff were genuinely the loveliest people ever, and there was a variety of well-made, delicious food every night. I also really enjoyed the entertainment, spa, facilities, and the overall atmosphere—it all made for a very relaxed and easy stay. There’s also a bus stop nearby where you can catch a bus to local towns. From the hotel, it’s about a 10-minute walk to a selection of restaurants and shops. Would definitely recommend. 👏🏼👏🏼

Stayed here first week of may for my brothers 21st, was absolutely amazing we were staying in the swim up and the view of the pool in the morning was out of this world. We had a bar across from the swim up, lovely staff couldn't fault them. We were all inclusive food was good, but repeated alot, drink were amazing, the entertainment wasn't the best until the last night which we were gutted as we didn't drink that much coz we had a plane the next day. The restaurant on the resort tho is absolutely amazing best lamb I have ever tasted. Would definitely come back had an amazing week! One of the downsides because there was 3 of is in the room we found that there was only 2 cups for tea and only 2 robes for the shower. The room was set up for 2 when there was 3 guests. Only little things didn't affect my week we truly enjoyed it

We have just spent a week all inclusive here with a swim up room. It’s excellent. Anezena who is on at the pool bar in the sensus part is excellent. Always serving fresh water to your table through the day. The rooms are a good size and cleaned every day to an excellent standard. The food choice is your normal run of the mill all inclusive but it’s fine and the drinks can feel a little limited. The all inclusive stops at 11pm so fine for us but not for all those party people. We didn’t see much of the entertainment but it seemed to be fine. There was no panicking for a sun bed. There are still loads even later on in the day at both pools. A short 10 minute walk into the small town is lovely but no pavements. There are some really lovely places to eat, drink and shop but it is small. The beach is also only a 10 minute walk. Perfect little week

We had the most fantastic time at Aelius Hotel and Spa — it truly exceeded our expectations. We stayed in one of the swim-up rooms, and it was absolutely worth every penny. It made the whole experience more fun and relaxing, especially with the sun shining every day. The buffet food was fantastic — fresh, delicious, and great quality with plenty of variety. The only small downside was not being able to get our own drinks at mealtimes, which felt a bit restrictive. That said, the staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming, always happy to help. There were even cats around the resort, which added a lovely, homely touch! There’s so much to do nearby too — we went on boat trips, visited Malia Old Town (only about 20 minutes away), and explored local restaurants and shops. We highly recommend hiring a car, as it gave us the freedom to explore more of this beautiful island. Crete completely stole our hearts — we fell in love with the island and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing yet adventure-filled getaway!

Absolutely loved our time here. Nothing was too much for the staff, ALL the locals were friendly, beach and shopping, eateries and bars are literally 5 mins down the rd. The whole hotel is spotless, the spa was friendly and massages lovely although maybe a little expensive. There are so many different day trips you can do and many places to visit. We’ve had an amazing week, Thankyou! The only thing I would say is make the evening entertainment a bit more lively. Xx
