I had great experience in this hotel with my family. Room service and house keeping service is quick. Fast check in at front office, staff at front office is so nice and cooperative. Restaurants food is quite good .Here all the things are well managed and behavior of hotel staff is very polite.

Every single aspect was EXCELLENT. The room service, food taste and quality, front desk staff, hotel decor. I would like to give 7 stars rating to this place. Staff was so friendly and helpful, enjoyed our stay to the max.

Excellent rooms, friendly staff and very nice food. The room service is also very good, and the m9st amazing part is that the hotel is about 200m from bus stand and 1.5km.

Hotel Royal Krishna, Katra is comfy, clean, and close to the Vaishno Devi base. Staff is helpful, rooms are spacious, food is decent Mr.Bharat Bhushan Ji Sharma is Very Kind and Helpfull too. Spa is a plus. Bit slow service sometimes. Great for pilgrims! 🛏️✨Jai Mata Di 🙏

This property had a balance of Pros and Cons. My experiences of pros and cons listed below: Pros: •The location is prefect. Its centrally located for easy access to markets and transportation hubs. •The staff were courteous.. We were offer complimentary drop to starting point for Vaishno Devi Yatra (Ban Ganga) and to the railway station for departure. •The property and rooms were clean. Cons: •The room that we were given did not have a vibe of a hotel room. Poor interiors, poor lightings and very sub-standard washroom. •AC does not work when there is load-shedding in the area and the hotel in on DG. This is not acceptable as people from places like Delhi-NCR are habituated to AC. •Food is not up to the mark. Even paratha and puri are made of Maida instead of Whole Wheat. So there is basically, no difference between Puri and Batura. •Lastly, for the above listed cons the price we paid is NOT worth it. Does not give the confidence to visit this property again..!!

The hotel is beautiful designed, the rooms comfortable and stylish, and the staff was welcoming. "A truly exceptional experience! The breakfast was a real highlight, Executive prepare food without onion garlic, but you can't feel anything tasteless. We well taken care of throughout our stay. We will definitely be back. Mr pawan management is too good
