I had great experience in this hotel with my family. Room service and house keeping service is quick. Fast check in at front office, staff at front office is so nice and cooperative. Restaurants food is quite good .Here all the things are well managed and behavior of hotel staff is very polite.

The property is located in the main market, has well maintained rooms and offers local cuisine with hospitality. Over all a good place to stay with family. Management may consider to extend the drop and pickup to Banganga, 24*7. They provide this service 8 AM to 8 PM. Good place to stay.

Overall, our stay was enjoyable! The food was delicious and our kids had a fantastic time. The family room was a decent size, but the housekeeping could be improved. Nevertheless, we had a pleasant experience and would consider returning. Kudos to our host, Pawan Kumar, for making our stay comfortable!

Located in main market is the plus point to book this hotel. Every thing is perfect starting from checkin to check-out. Food is available even at 11:30pm. Must try kashmiri firni a sweet dish is very popular. We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. . Rooms was very spacious and well maintained.

Pawan, service host is extremely helpful and kind . Hospitality was great. The food was absolutely amazing! The breakfast buffet was a great start to the day with hot dishes, while the dinner menu offered incredible options.............
