Hotel staff was not polite. Ac was not properly working. Bathroom toiletries were not provided. only 2 towels were provided in a room of 4 people.

The property is at a very good location, it is at a walking distance from the bus stand, the hotel staff behaved very well and were of very cooperative nature, overall it was a very good experience
