Everything was fine right away from check in and toh check out.. The room were nice and the view is nice. Food was tasty and delicious to satisfy our tastebuds. Overall we enjoyed alot and will be surely stay again during next visit. Thanks to whole team.!!!!!!

Hotel property was good and value for money, staff was very good and co-operative. Some delays in dinner ( but not too much). Possibility of having better lights ( rooms looked little dark)

very good place to stay. The location is about 5 mins walk from the main Jammu road, but it's quiet and much calm.
Rooms are super clean, bathroom too.

It was a amazing stay. The hotel staff were all very polite and professional the food inside and the ambience is superb overall it was a great great time with hotel sunshine katra.... hope to visit again soon. Rohit one of their staff was so helpful in arranging food for us late night.

Location is not well connected, sockets are not connected with inverter and most of time no electricity so charging your gadget is hard.

Hotel stay was comfortable. Bcleaning very nice. Food is so yummy and testy. Staff is also very cooperative. Hotel is situated 200 meters from the main road and street is narrow. Open parking near field
