We were assisted by Fasil. He was very polite and made sure to serve us tasteful lunch. Also, the food was perfectly customised and delicious, especially Dal Makhani. I will surely recommend my friends and family to visit Katra, book a stay at Marriott.

Very nice hotel.......I am really happy with the services. The food was amazing. 👍🏻The manager and staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive throughout my stay, making my travel experience truly enjoyable.Great stay. Wonderful room, super beakfast, warm & inviting staff. We'll definitely be back!

I recently stayed at katra Marriott resort and spa. There is very good hotel room and service and amazing place and amazing hotel. Staff is very Good and the food was amazing,and I appreciate the chef's and very delicious breakfast and beautiful views are there

I visit this hotel every month. This time I stayed in room 1408. Very warm and hospitable staff, Especially house keeping. House keeping staff like Mr Vishal keeps track of every small detail, personal likes and dislikes and timely upkeep which in turn facilitates me to freely perform my work as well. They say u visit Vaishno Devi only when Mata calls n I absolutely believe it n I GT my call thanks to my mitraaa Sachin Vijan 👍 Though my journey to Katra from mumbai was nt so great due to my red eye flight but the experience from Katra airport till the end was memorable indeed n it started with the wonderful welcome at Katra Marriot by Shalu & was enhanced by Deepak by upgrading me to a premium room with a gallery. Breakfast on the 4th floor was indeed awesome thanks to the eversmiling faces & hospitality of Muskaan,Haroon ,Vikas & Main chef Nitin. The property is spread over with a nice pool,spa & restaurant. They also offer you a complimentary pickup & drop ride to the Mata Rani trek starting point. The room is spacious & clean with quick dining services. It has free WiFi too They have parking too. Net net an awesome experience n highly recommended to stay. Only point to remember is it is 4 km from the market so keep that in mind if you are going there without a car. Also Katra market is very crowded so better to take ur own car. Thanks Team Katra Marriott

Pleasent hospitality, really enjoyed the hotel environment. Very kind staff and hospitality. Housekeeping team is very prompt in the service delivery and taken good care of us while stay. Rohit, Prince, Aadi very good in regards to prompt services.
