Cleanliness: The washrooms of Room no. 10 on ground floor kept stinking throughout the stay. The room service even came in and did what they could using room fresheners but that didn't help much.
Facilities: Needs improvement, as the iron and RO drinking water facilities are far away from the room. Too much if someone needs to use them.
Service: No staff / bell boys were available during check in.

The hotel was good. The stay was comfortable. Rooms are spacious but the only lacking thing was washrooms were quite old and used type. Taps were leaking. Refrigerator in the room wasn’t working. The condition of furniture was bad.

Property is a franchise property therefore requires major refit in infra. Property is well below ginger standard as far as infrastructure is concerned. Service wise it was at par or better than other ginger properties. Very limited food options at restaurant. Overall ok type stay

Rooms were just ok and room service was too slow. Bathroom needs renovation. Shampoo and body wash was not properly filled in bathroom.

Room is not properly cleaned. Door lock is broken. Bathroom fittings are also not working properly. Dental and shaving kit not provided. Bed sheet and quilt not cleaned. Furniture and bed was very old. Cattle cap is also broken.

thoroughly disappointed, we booked by ginger brand. leaky wash room, continously sounding lift, no hot water, poor quality very old soap dispenser, ordinary buffet breakfast, lethargic front office, housekeeping lack of staff n non working intercom, poor tv service, broken tiles. very disappointed with ginger. don't recommend anyone. worst experience. no pics taken, as our aim was vaishnodevi darshan 🙏. fortune inn amritsar stay was excellent. location was a great advantage. buffet breakfast excellent but needs quicker service of kulcha n parantha. table cleaning n service needs improvement.

The hotel restaurant was a complete disaster. I ordered a simple meal, and it took over an hour to arrive—cold and tasteless. The server didn’t bother to check on us once, and when I finally flagged someone down, they acted like I was the problem. The complimentary breakfast? Avoid at all costs.
