Hotel located in a small village , feels like a family owned hotel, very friendly staff but standards not up to 5 star hotels. Our room wasn’t clean our entire stay although we asked for it and they said they will. Breakfast and dinner was tasty but very basic and quite expensive ( dinner ).

A very attractive hotel in a beautiful location. The dinners and breakfasts were very good. They do not serve lunch but there is a little traditional cafe just opposite run by a very friendly family. The car park has a very narrow steep entrance which is a bit tricky. Good location for viewing some stunning river and gorge scenery round and about. White water rafting in summer.

Nice location. Very nice rooms with a view to the mountains. The hotel was very nicely decorated and very clean. The food in the restaurant was good and the people were very kind and helpful. They also arranged us a rafting experience which was amazing.

Beautiful hotel in the mountains. Rooms are very nicely decorated with balconies with a view. Beds were fantastic. Breakfast and dinner was delicious. Pool was great. Tennis court a nice option although the equipmemt should be updated. Receptionist was very helpful but some other staff did not speak English and could be better instructed to seek assistance.

In general, this is a very nice hotel with several lodging options and facilities, but: 1. Make sure all facilities are working. the spa was closed, the gym opened only after asking, pool- we opened it ourselves. and bring your own soccer ball as the one they have is flat. 2. location is far from ideal for the Tzoumerka area, with restaurants and/or supermarkets and no where to be found 3. we stayed at the Chalet which felt a bit outdated and not so maintained.

Hotel in a middle of nowhere. Old and heavy furniture. Not a lovely attitude of the owners with the need to fill forms. Nothing to do around in the night. Very basic breakfast with not a lot of choices

My wife and I stay two days at Princess Lanassa hotel. The room was big and so the double bad- very comfortable. It was clean and equipped with all traveler needs. There was a quiet stone balcony faced to beautiful mountain view. Good place for meditation and photographer… The staff was effective and assist with any question. Breakfast is good and offer plenty of home made products. There is a restaurant serve dinner from rich menu. The only disadvantage relates to the location of the hotel- village Kostitsi is simply far, isolated and nothing to see in it.

Πραγματικά δεν ξέρω από που να αρχίσω ..Η επικοινωνία με τον κο Τσιρώνη ως υπεύθυνο απλά κάκιστη .Εκτος τόπου και χρόνου ο άνθρωπος .Στο δωμάτιο που είχαμε κλείσει δεν μπήκαμε γιατί δεν είχε καταλάβει ούτε ο ίδιος πως έγινε το λάθος οπως μας είπε και μας έβαλαν σε ένα άλλο δωμάτιο για ένα βράδυ χωρίς πετσέτες χωρίς σκεπάσματα και με ένα άθλιο ράντζο που φυσικά κατέληξε το ένα άτομο να κοιμηθεί στο πάτωμα !Την επόμενη μέρα που θα πηγαίναμε υποτίθετο στο κανονικό μας δωμάτιο, είμασταν στο ξενοδοχείο στις 4μμ και δεν ήταν έτοιμο !!Ειχε μέσα από τους προηγούμενους φαγητά ποτά όλα ήταν άνω κάτω και μας είπε δεν έχουν καθαρίστριες να το ετοιμάσουν!!!Περιμεναμε άλλες τρεις ώρες για να αλλάξουν απλά τα σεντόνια !Μιλαμε για την απόλυτη βρωμια,αράχνες μπάνιο σκόνη δεν ξέρω τι να πρωτογραψω αίσχος !!Ο ίδιος μου είπε να στείλω μαιλ με παράπονα στο info και να ανεβάσω και φωτογραφίες και να ζητησω τα χρήματα μας πίσω από τον ιδιοκτήτη .Το έκανα .Καμια απάντηση φυσικά ΠΟΤΕ!Το info εντωμεταξύ το βλέπει ο ίδιος και ο Ερμής ένα παιδί υπάλληλος του ξενοδοχείου και απλά δεν κάναν ποτέ σχόλιο.Ολο το ξενοδοχείο άθλιο βρώμικο παντού μέσα έξω πισίνα γυμναστήριο -ο θεός να το πει-με σκύλο μέσα να ζει-Έξι μέρες εκεί δεν μας άλλαξαν σεντόνια και ψάχναμε μονίμως πετσέτες ..Ενώ η τοποθεσία είναι υπέροχη, το οίκημα του ξενοδοχείου επίσης πολύ ωραίο,φαίνεται πως ο ιδιοκτήτης είναι στον κόσμο του,όπως μας είπαν μέλη του ξενοδοχείου ,προσωπικό δεν υπάρχει και αυτό που υπάρχει τι να πρωτοκάνει και επίσης καμία κατάρτιση!Εντωμεταξυ,ο σερβιτόρος αρνήθηκε να φέρει επιδόρπιο γιατί είπε πως δεν μπορεί μα κάνει άλλη υπερωρία ..Θα μπορούσα να γραψω και αλλα πολλά γιατί απλά κάθε μέρα κάτι παράδοξο συνέβαινε αλλά θα κλείσω λέγοντας σας πως το άτομο που κοιμήθηκε στο πάτωμα κατέληξε να κοιμάται όλα τα βραδιά στο πάτωμα γιατί τα ράντζα όλα όσα έφεραν 3,ήταν άθλια !!Για κανένα λόγο δε θα συνιστούσα και φυσικά ούτε κατά διάνοια 5αστερων!!!!
