I stayed at all inclusive facilities for the first time. There were only 2 front desks and it was very simple so I didn't know at first. I enjoyed the 2nd night’s beef/daikon pot in particular. There are hearth side afternoon refreshment, happy hour beer, post-dinner snack that you will be kept fed warmly. The aircon in Buna room would blow directly on the head so the fan blade should be adjusted. Staff English speaking capability varies but they made every effort in solving problems. Little hiccup after checking out that the bus time table the Inn indicated was outdated, but I still managed to change my route in the fly, which is the beauty traveling in Japan.

I used it for a day trip. 900 yen for adults on weekdays (+100 yen on weekends and holidays). The price range is not cheap, but the hot springs are full-fledged with free-flowing hot springs. The staff's way of serving and responding to meals was blunt, and everyone felt uncomfortable, and water and tea were placed on the table and they were just saying what to do. Even if you want to order additional drinks, there are no employees, so even if you read it out loud, they won't come. At the end, after bringing dessert, there were no employees even at the end time, and some people were drinking tea by themselves without the last tea being served.
