GGuest UserBeautiful location close to the beach. First room we were shown was extremely dark so we asked to change to a different one that didn't require to have the lights on during the day. Restaurant was decent, bed was comfortable. The one time we wanted to spend some time by the pool there weren't any chairs left, so would advise to go early to secure a spot.

KkimsoulThe view of the hotel facing the sea is very beautiful, and the view of the Makai golf venue next door is also beautiful. The hotel windowsill can look at the sea, and many people surf every morning and evening. Valet parking and resort fees need to be paid to the hotel separately, but are good value for money. The device is indeed out of date, it is still the charger for iphone4, but you can go to the supermarket in Princeville Center to rent a DVD. Soak in the hotel and don't want to go anywhere.

GGuest UserThe room was spacious, clean, and well-appointed with all the amenities you'd expect from a hotel of this caliber. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I appreciated the quality linens and the range of pillows available. The bathroom was modern with a powerful shower and plenty of toiletries. The only minor downside was the view – I had a room overlooking the parking lot, but that didn’t detract from the overall comfort of the stay.

GGuest UserA very nice place to stay once you swallow the price. The resort was very clean. People friendly and they are very flexible. Check out was at 10am but they accommodate holding luggage and provide a hospitality room for 30 minutes to clean up after that. They allowed us to use the resort facilities all day after check out. That was very special.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Kauai Inn! It has such a peaceful, laid-back atmosphere and feels way more authentic than the big resort hotels.
The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and the whole property was lush and green — surrounded by mountains and palm trees. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed.
Location was perfect for exploring the island — close to Līhuʻe, but quiet and tucked away. We’d 100% stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a more local, relaxed experience.

GGuest UserThe two bedroom condo we got is pretty spacious and clean. Really love the in unit laundry and dryer. The kitchen has lots of untensiles and pots. I wish they could have some cooking oil and peppers as other Airbnb usually do. The check out time is 10:00 am which is unusually early.

GGuest UserLet’s talk about the good things first: we booked a sea view room, we could see the sea, the hotel’s swimming pool was also good, there was a Hawaiian hula performance, the hotel’s restaurant was also good, and there were no such negative reviews from other guests. However, there were 2 serious problems: one was that there were ants in the room and I was bitten while wearing slippers. Later I found that there were ants on the bed as well. The second one was even more serious. A machine started up every few minutes in the middle of the night and made a very loud sound. It continued for a few minutes and then stopped. It kept doing this over and over again. It was so noisy that I couldn't sleep.
