Very good, the price is good, the room is large, and there is a balcony. Miss Sister at the front desk is very beautiful and enthusiastic, I will stay here again next time!

The hotel's basic facilities are still in line with the 3-4 star hotel standard. This time, 5 suites were booked. At the hotel check-in, only 3 suites were told. The other 2 rooms can only be arranged with standard rooms. You can only contact Ctrip. Customer service, fortunately, Ctrip's customer service can maintain 24-hour service, international phone communication for nearly half an hour, the hotel reply suite is full, can not be arranged, willing to refund the difference, and gave two 40 euro hotel dinner coupons, but we are After dinner, I went to the hotel to check in. I returned the two meal coupons to the hotel. When I left the store the next day, the person in charge of the hotel reception gave two bottles of red wine to the guests, indicating that the hotel was actively making up for its own fault. This is affirmative.

Staff was welcoming, kind and helpful. Room was nice and clean, so was the bathroom. Hotel is very close (walking distance) to the old town and the historic centre. Free parking was a great amenity. Rooms are a bit outdated and could use a renovation. Toiletries should be refreshed daily. Breakfast was nice, but could have more choices.

In fact, this is an autonomous hotel, after booking and payment, you have to send a copy of your passport by email/wotzapp and you will get the homephone code, instructions how to enter. Then you have to dial a number from the phone and the most important thing is to understand how it opens because only a clicking can be heard. My door opened inside after the third attempt. In the room everything is clean, good. Very pleased with a normal hammer coffee for people. The only disadvantage is a broken tap, unclean top shower and a lot of dust on the fan. The terrace is very beautiful, though, in the rest of it is a solid four!

I stayed at a hotel for one night, in one of their suites, a night before my wedding.I would say, the hotel still needs to do a bit more work to justify that 4 star description. Positives: - comfortable bed, can’t complain, had a great night’s sleep! - AC - spacious room - spacious bathroom - great location Negatives: - security concerns. You need to input a code to open the door, which is great, except… the door during the day is not locked, and the door next to the entrance is open during the day as well (as it leads to the little cafe) so pretty much anyone could access the hotel during the day. - the breakfast was very underwhelming. Not much choice, the girl working there looked very bored and to be honest it was hard to find something filling to eat. The cheese, the meat, everything was not as you would expect at a 4 star hotel. And I am not a choosy person foodwise. - the carpet in the room needs some serious cleaning. When we were taking pictures, literally had to make sure the carpet doesn’t make an appearance :D - the jacuzzi tub works but like… it splashes so much! - and parking well… there is not much of it, but not really the hotel’s fault. All in all, extra attention to detail and the stay at the hotel would be 👌

Good, centrally located hotel which is on the airport bus route (29) with a stop directly outside. Mixed bag of rooms - high floors at the back have a view of the impressive white domed St Michael’s church whilst others look out onto a central courtyard/terrece.  Service was efficient but not particularly friendly. Hotel is used by airline crew and health tourists (lots of people on crutches). Breakfast had plenty of choices but geared towards Eastern European palate: cold herring. Salads etc. All in all it was a good stay.

I chose this hotel mostly because it was close to Rotuses Aikste, the main square of the old town. The price was more than acceptable (60 euros including breakfast). I was more than pleased with my decision, because: * It is probably 1 minute walk to the main square, but on a small quiet street. * The room was simple, but clean and nice * I liked the modern Scandinavian design of the place * The breakfast, although simple, was delicious. * I woke up to an amazing view of a church in the courtyard ( see photo)

Maybe this hotel used to be a 4 star hotel with the previous owner. I Think the number of stars should be reconsidered. We stayed in a suite. The room it self is Nice. It is in 2 levels with the sleeping area on the top. But the funiture and style is outdated and cheap. The room was clean. Be aware, that you Will find : No breakfast No restaurant No sauna No spa No modern training hall It displayes a little bit different on the homepage......but during out stay it was ” out of order”....! So, in this 4 star hotel, the only Thing you Will find, is a room with a bed. You Will have a short walk to the main shopping street and the shopping center Akropolis.
