We expected it’s a new hotel which opened on 2025, however we found that the room is not as new as we expected ?! Even the TV is not working at all since we checked in till checked out ! The reception was saying that there were some issue for all Tv network … and the room is quite dark and the AC is not so well work, even we put it 65’c , but still not feeling so comfortable, the temperature in the lobby is much much better !!

I'm not sure I've had a worse experience with a hotel before... Rooms weren't ready at 4:00 pm check in time, a man - possibly cleaning staff? - barged in our room at 9:00 am. Hardly knocked, never once said "housekeeping." The body wash container was completely empty and a wad of hair that didn't belong to us on the shower floor. Extremely disappointing with our stay to say the least.

Great location. Very cool atmosphere and very artsy. Love the museum style and the artworks. The check-in process was slow and the front-desk staff was a bit unprofessional.

Great rooms - very swanky and fun. The bathrooms were exquisite! The Savoy restaurant was excellent. Friendly servers, great food and drinks! The valets and the staff made the stay better. They really went the extra mile and made us feel welcome in their city. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice vintage hotel close to everything in downtown KC! Everyone was friendly and check in/out was easy!

Staff were very friendly and helpful so this is not a criticism of them. Property is under renovation so perhaps that is a contributing factor.
