Has a terrific couple of nights at the pension. Beautiful gardens and pool. Plenty of shade and sun spots in the garden. Comfortable chairs and beds around the pool. A proper little oasis. The staff were great and the food was terrific. Very atmospheric bar.

We had a wonderful stay here the night before and after a kayaking trip. The staff were so friendly and welcoming! Rooms were big and clean with a lovely pool and the food was great. Highly recommend!

Lovely place. Nice owners and staff. Made us feel really welcome. Room was clean, tidy and had everything we needed. We stayed for a night before a kayak trip and a couple of nights after. Food was great. Also a good base to explore the local ruined city.

Excellent guesthouse. Cannot fault it. The rooms were simple but perfect and the food and friendliness of staff exceptional. Location is ideal for exploring kayakoy and the pool was very welcome. Great place as a base for further travelling

Kayakoy pansiyon is a great place to stay. It has a great location, it is a walking distance to the old town, cute local cafes and to the village restaurants . The distinctive characteristic of this pansiyon is you feel like home. Clean rooms, extra comfy beds , amazing and very friendly staff, yummy food and the stunning vibe made us addictive to the place. It also has a very clean nice pool helps to cool down and relax. During our stay there ( we were 2 families and total 4 kids) , we have explored the old town, did some hiking ending in beautiful bays and swim breaks, visited the Afkule manastir. We also did kayaking in the beautiful impressive bays ( the staff helps you to contact with the kayaking team in Kayakoy) which was a great experience and we all loved it! People there are extremely friendly ready to help anytime for anything. Special thanks to the amazing people Cem, Hatice Abla, Can and Ayfer. We are looking forward to come back again soon ! 😍

Charming and peaceful place close to fantastic sightseeings and many nice authentic cafes & restaurants. Extremely friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and a nice swimming pool.1 night was definitely not enough.

Odalar çok temizdi. Ferah bir de serin olması benim için önemli. Merkeze yakın. Sigaram bitti, terliğim koptu gibi dertler olmuyor. Çarşıya da koylara da yakın. Bazılarına koşarak 5 dakika. Havuz sakin oluyor ve geniş bi kullanım alanı var. Yandaki sohbeti duymadan takılabilirsiniz. Bir de pineklemeyi sevenler için gölgesi bol geniş bir bahçe var. Çay, çorba, bira takılıyorsunuz saatlerce. Koşmak istemezseniz dolmuşta vardı. Belki ödünç bisiklet de verirler. Ondan emin değilim biraz size bağlı olabilir 🤔

A warm, peaceful place in nature where you can feel like a friend rather than a business. Everyone in the business is very polite and friendly, you feel as if you have known them for a long time. Poolside chats at sunset are priceless. In addition, being located in the center of Kayaköy was a great advantage for us, it is very easy to reach everywhere. It will now be our first choice when we want to escape from the chaos of the city and take a breather.

It was a quiet place, a beautiful garden with a pool, the rooms were clean, the staff and the manager were friendly and attentive :) may be preferred again on another holiday. The food was delicious and the breakfast was delicious too.
