Very good. Not bad.

We spent 6 days in this hotel. Very pleasant impressions, judging by the rating and reviews - this is one of the best hotels in Kayseri. Very few Russians. The room was chic, spacious. Everything you need in the room (bathrobe, hair dryer, toiletries), everything is of a good standard. Beautiful interior in the lobby, in my opinion the loft style is the best for hotels - stylish, tasteful, functional. Rooms with good furniture, plumbing and decent repairs. We checked into a very clean room - toiletries were promptly added, towels were changed, the bed was perfectly made, I was embarrassed that they did not vacuum. I would like to say separately about the staff, Ibrahim was very helpful, he understands and speaks Russian, a friendly and pleasant girl at the reception Merve. We had questions about extending the room, because the trip to Cappadocia was cancelled due to the worsening weather and the staff helped us extend the room in the most friendly way and take into account all the nuances that we had, it was very nice. As for food - breakfasts were a bit meager, but they were filling. I, with children, missed porridge, and I think skiers would be happy to eat porridge in the morning. But, apparently, the concept of the hotel is aimed at holding frequent conferences, and these are business quick breakfasts. We had dinner and lunch in the restaurant on the 11th floor (with a wonderful view of the mountains) the menu is not very varied, but you can always choose something and it is cooked very tasty. Fish, meat, chicken, good salads. There are no restaurants in the area, either go to the center, or buy snacks in the supermarket (the selection is not very rich), or the Roof 11 restaurant. In the restaurant upstairs, I was very annoyed by the cigarette smoke, we left there with smoke-stained hair and clothes, which, of course, is monstrous with children. For me, this was a huge minus, but for lack of an alternative, we ate there. I want to separately say about the evening program! It is impossible to describe in words, I have been going to Turkey for so many years, but I have never heard such professional performance here (in resort areas). There is live music, famous singers came (we understood this, because they were shown on the Turkish music channel). One day there was simply unreal musical accompaniment of a singer on violins, percussion and keyboard instruments - I have no words to describe it. This is the merit of the Restaurant administrator Albert, he is engaged in inviting artists, we even clarified with him, is it really possible that such professional artists live in such numbers in Kayseri, because for all the days there were no repetitions. Wonderful girl-waitress Mizgin in the restaurant, a huge hello to her! Nice, smiling, understands English, just a miracle, the children adored her! In general, the entire staff is very good! A transfer took us to the mountain at 9 am and brought us to the hotel at 5 pm, the cost was 60 lira one way (a very good price, compared to a taxi).
