I suggest to those who want to ski in Erciyes; don't give hotels in the mountains for nothing. You can stay in the Imamoğlu pasha hotel or a two beautiful city hotels and go to the mountain on the day with the possibility of transportation that hotels will provide. I can recommend this hotel with my three-hour comfort, rooms are wide and new, staff and service very good.

The room is a really great hotel for cleaning. We stayed in the centre for ski holidays one night and we had no vehicle. They helped to set up the shuttle (service) for Erciye and even they gave us a private space. Guler has great staff with a face. We were in a position to tell food from the outside because we thought the kitchen was closed because we thought our hotel was closed. They never made any problem. They let us leave your items in the lobby because we were going to ski at the day we had to do Cikis and then they gave us room to change our user. The day ski center we made Cikis was 6:00 when we froze to the hotel and the bus we were going to return with stay was 10:00. We spent time at the hotel and they made cake service. We were very happy even if we were only staying one night. I'll be going to stay in a hotel in the centre of the cacheries again. We thank you very much again for your interest and help.

They really have very self-catering and kind employees. The hotel is primarily clean. The price will make it very happy as a performance. Breakfast is very good. When we did not find any place to be locked on the day the trails were closed, we were offered tea and cookies while talking on the terrace. Look, there is no one in the hotels doing the job that is not the duty of it. But this is like a family. I would give another example to my wife and I had asked for a room change on the day we went to the shop because we hadn't gone a double bed. When we were out, they changed the room and put a smallest waste in the same place. It is a strong advice. A very kind and working team:))

Stayed there for one night and it was clean and the breakfast was sufficient and the room rate was good. staff friendly and helpful. İt looks like they are understaffed but it didn't affect me. There is a parking space in front of the hotel for 4 or 5 cars. I couldn't find a place in front of the hotel but I found one just next to the hotel because I came at night but if you come to the hotel in the morning hours I think that you will not find a place to park in front of the hotel but worst case scenario you will find a place to park at the back of the hotel. The place was crowded so it was the choice of many people so as I said that it is not a fancy hotel but it's according to its price it is very good. I didn't use the hotel Wi-Fi so I don't have an idea if it is good or not. I highly recommend this hotel.

İş gereği haftada iki gün kayseride Nüzhet otelde kalıyorum. Personeli güler yüzlü ve ilgili. Sigara içilmeyen odası yok. Rezervasyon yaparken odanın havalandırılmasının iyi yapılmasını özelikle belirtmek gerekiyor. Odalar temiz Güney cephesi sessiz. Kahvaltı çok iyi. Sırf kahvaltısı için burayı tercih ettiğimi söyleyebilirim. Mutfakta Esila hanım, özenli çalışıyor. Kendinden bişeyler katıyor, kahvaltı menüsünde günlük değişiklikler görebiliyorsunuz.

The gym is really bad, live music continues until midnight if u stay at 9th floor u hear it but they warned us about so it's understandable and receptionist were helpful, but after midnight and after music ends still u hear people who r going out.

This hotel is tentatively scheduled, because it can fly for a hot air balloon, stay one night, and fly back to Istanbul the next morning, but the price of this hotel is very good. First of all, the hotel front desk is very good, we drive In the past, I ran out to take us to the parking. I have to say that Kayseri’s single line is also very good. Also special responsibility to help us four big boxes to get upstairs, faster than the elevator to pick up the luggage at the door, the service 120 fainted! The room is not bad, three adults are enough for a small child, and the location is in the center of Kayseri. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the largest forum mall. There are many scenery and delicious food along the way, it is recommended!

I stayed in this hotel 2 nights and went to Erciyes with service. The hotel is very clean and everything you may need in the rooms. It is in a 15-minute walk to the centre, a noise-free district. This allows you to satisfy your needs with comfort without your vehicle. I can say breakfast is very good. I can't find such a quality hotel at this price level everywhere. I can advise everyone who comes to Kayseri.

GGuest UserBrilliant hotel, highly attentive staff and in the perfect location for tourism. We will be back and definitely recommend it. It’s not far from Erciyes Mountain (20 minutes) Cappadocia is only 50 minutes away. If you would like to do lots of sightseeing, I would definitely recommend hiring a car.

CChaluuudWe stayed here for 2 nights, for cleanliness it's okay... but what's lacking is the facilities. From the bathroom that has a problem with the lighting in the room that is not well lit.. but to help with the hotel's very strategic location. Located in the center of the city.. so it's very easy to go anywhere.
