I stay at Nühet hotel on the cayser two days a week. Staff are laughing and related. There is no smoking room. You can stay in the Imamoğlu pasha hotel or a two beautiful city hotels and go to the mountain on the day with the possibility of transportation that hotels will provide. I can recommend this hotel with my three-hour comfort, rooms are wide and new, staff and service very good.

I had booked a King size bed for my partner and I. When we checked in the receptionist asked if we wanted 2 twin beds. I told him we want to keep the king size bed. He looked at us awkwardly and gave us our keys. Once in the room the temperature was 26 degrees celsius and the AC didn’t work, we informed the receptionist and he told us that AC is shut off in the winter so he told us to sleep with the window open. The noise from the street didn’t let us rest. Moreover after breakfast we had a female staff follow us to the room and she waited outside and followed us to the reception like we are going to run away without paying. I asked for an invoice and she said she’ll email it which never happened even after I emailed them twice reminding them. I escalated the matter to IHG corporate and they promised me they will investigate and document everything that happened.

Spacious clean room with super comfartable bed (windows at my room was not working properly). Good professional staff at reception and restaurant. Great location at the heart of city. Suz restaurant at hotel roof is a really high priced one with unpleasent meals. Customers are not stupid if you are charging above the european avarage you have to serve something special. I did not like portions and tastes... therefore hotel is good except ”exclusive tourist trap Sûz restaurant”
