Outstanding
GGuest UserAdvantages:
Polite staff, excellent sound insulation, cozy rooms, delicious breakfasts, ski transfer, nice rooftop restaurant.
Flaws:
The room equipment is boring, there is nothing except soap, water and towels.
Overpriced for expectations.
But overall I liked it.
DDevikaPHotel is in good location to airport which was purpose of our stay. Customer service needs improvement, no one said hello or helped with bags when checking in. Only during checkout the reception was nice when we requested taxi service.
Interior is a bit dated but everything is clean and was good enough for the stay. Even though on main street, rooms are quiet.
MMekanThe location is very central. Staff ***et helpful. The hotel is old but well-maintained. It has a view of Erciyes. Most places are within walking distance. We were pleased with it.
GGuest UserThe hotel is opposite the Kaisaili Bus Station, and the decoration is very high and very good. But no one at the front desk and the restaurant speaks English. The most important thing is that the meal fee cannot be hung on the room account. Other hotels can hang on the room account when checking out. When he eats here, you check out once and let him invoice. The restaurant is not open yet, saying that the front desk will open. Check out in the morning and let the front desk invoice, it can't be opened for a long time, the service is very poor!
I went to the restaurant for breakfast in the morning. I have taken the initiative to tell the staff of the restaurant that my room rate does not include meals. I will pay for it later, but he is embarrassed to understand. She also went to the front desk to confirm. You are embarrassed to wait for her to confirm before you can go to breakfast.
Breakfast is normal from 7 o'clock, because I have to catch a plane, so I want to have breakfast at 6:30 in advance. The restaurant agrees, but you need to prepay the deposit. How can there be such a reason to eat and prepay the deposit?
TTINGTINGThis hotel is tentatively scheduled, because it can fly for a hot air balloon, stay one night, and fly back to Istanbul the next morning, but the price of this hotel is very good. First of all, the hotel front desk is very good, we drive In the past, I ran out to take us to the parking. I have to say that Kayseri’s single line is also very good. Also special responsibility to help us four big boxes to get upstairs, faster than the elevator to pick up the luggage at the door, the service 120 fainted! The room is not bad, three adults are enough for a small child, and the location is in the center of Kayseri. It takes about 20 minutes to walk to the largest forum mall. There are many scenery and delicious food along the way, it is recommended!
OOne Country at a TimeI didn't get off to a good experience as the WiFi signal was poor and the room floor and corridor outside were dirty. However, after having spoken with Mustafa, the hotel manager, everything was fixed within an hour, which was much appreciated.
The rest of my stay was perfect, the room was really comfy and practical and quiet and I slept really well on the bed. The food available was well priced and catered to vegetarians and there was a taxi always waiting outside.
The location is ok. If you don't have a car the area is very polluted to walk in as it's on a motorway and very built up but there is a nice garden outside to relax in. The receptionist was always smiling and helpful, very polite.
AAnonymous UserClean and hygienic, the room is quite big, just ten minutes from the airport, the next day, the hotel front desk can help to call the taxi. The only downside is that the hotel breakfast is not good.
___Zainab_PMy husband and I booked it because we arrived late in Keyseri and needed a place preferably close to the airport since we had some work to do. It was spacious and offered a decent breakfast. Unfortunately there’s nothing around and if you don’t have a car, you probably need to get a taksi to get to some restaurants.
Location - close to the airport, relatively far from the bus station and about a 10 minute drive to the airport.
Service - staff were friendly
Cleanliness - it could have been better, there were marks on the floor and the shower head didn’t work properly coz it was probably clogged with dirt
Amenities - no soap or vanity kits in the bathroom, only shampoo
BBarryThis hotel is ideal for those arriving or leaving by train - the station is across the road! That does mean there was some train noise - I enjoyed that - but there are only a handful of trains for those not so keen. I was on the top floor facing the station and road - when I closed the windows, traffic noise almost disappeared. It is a couple of km to the centre of town, which is why I only made location a 4, but there are plenty of buses. There are some fast food places nearby - the pizza place is pretty good. Hotel supplied breakfast, pretty standard for Turkey: sausage, cheese, bread, some veg, hot chips, eggs and tea.
The room was great - comfortable bed, a very useful desk and chair as well as a soft chair to relax in, decent shower and good wifi. I stayed three nights - they didn't service my room (I actually prefer that) but it was nice and clean to begin with. They had forgotten to supply a cup, but I grabbed one from another room. All in all, a very pleasant hotel, and at the lower price point for the area.
GGuest UserCheap accommodation with quiet location. A water cooker would still be super. Otherwise absolutely fair for the price. Receptionists are very friendly. Check in and check out are uncomplicated. Super restaurant directly around the corner which has also opened long
