房間是地毯，味道很大，幸好可以開窗通風透氣。房間有點陳舊了，勝在位置好。步行可以去超市銀行等等，但是入住時間是3點

Проживали в отеле пять дней. Поселили нас в двухместный улучшенный номер на третьем этаже. Проблемы начались со дня заселения. Дети гостей отеля в коридоре третьего этажа устроили игровую площадку: бегали по коридору, кричали, несколько раз стучали в дверь нашего номера. В один из дней это продолжалось до 22-30. Звонок на ресепшен помог детей успокоить. А что делает служба безопасности отеля? Все этажи находятся под камерами и неужели они не видели, что дети мешают отдыху гостей? Что еще не понравилось: халаты, зубные принадлежности - по запросу! И это в 4-х звездном отеле! В номере постоянный сквозняк (входная дверь по периметру со щелями, панорамные окна пристают не плотно). В санузле отсутствует полотенцесушитель - встречаюсь с таким впервые! Маленькое зеркало в санузле приблизить к лицу невозможно ввиду его конструкции. И особый шик: сейф находится в платяном шкафу на самой нижней полке и чтобы воспользоваться им необходимо становится на колени и склонять голову к полу! Хорошая зарядка!!! Из положительного: хорошая локация в центре города, просторный и светлый номер, ежедневная замена полотенец и туалетных принадлежностей, наличие собственной парковки, возможность заказа экскурсий. Гости отеля могут воспользоваться услугами салона красоты. Отдельное спасибо руководителю ресторана и шеф-повару за разнообразные качественные блюда шведского стола, чистоту и отличную работу официантов! В отеле ежедневно работает ресторан с хорошей кухней. чувствуется твердая рука директора (большое спасибо ей и персоналу!),

Отвратительный отель Сервис страдает, а на ресепшен работают сотрудники, которые не понимают, что значит работа администратора В общем и целом, данный отель не советую никому Объехала весь мир, но не думала, что именно Казань отличится

Приехали на танцевальный конкурс на три дня, заселения ждали 5часов. Карты от номер не работают от слова совсем, приходиться с 3 этажа бегать на первый этаж на ресепшен. В комнате грязный ковер, ТАРАКАНЫ, в холодильнике воняет и протухшая еда от других жильцов, уборщица не приходила 2 дня , воды НЕТ , о проблеме с тараканами сообщили сотрудникам они проигнорировали. Кондиционер есть , пульта нет включить не возможно… За что 4 звезды не понимаю , поставила бы одну
