I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep, and the room was spotless upon arrival. The location is great, with easy access to public transport, making it simple to get to and from the hotel.
The wellness area was a highlight, with an excellent Finnish sauna and steam cabin that I really enjoyed. However, I do think the wellness area could benefit from longer opening hours, as it would have been nice to have more flexibility. Also, the jacuzzi could be refreshed more often to ensure a consistently clean experience. Lastly, while the wellness facilities were fantastic, I believe adding more beds would make the area even more comfortable and enjoyable for guests.
Overall, a great stay with a few areas for improvement in the wellness section.

Not surprisingly rated as the best hotel In Kecskemét despite of the fact that some of the amenities are a bit “tired”- modern lobby, small but clean rooms, big free parking in front of the hotel, hospitality on a high level. I would definitely recommend this if you visit this town, a bit higher prices than some other local hotels, but definitely with it!

Hotel is located near of center, have good parking, nice looking. Rooms aren't new but not used yet. Very comfortable big bed. SPA and fitness area is big, and has few types of saunas. Pool is quiet good to swim and second one with hot water. Staff are nice and polite. Breakfasts were fresh and tasty. They have good coffee machine.

They take hospitality seriously. We very highly recommend this hotel. Everything is fresh and new and very clean. The restaurant is just awesome. Prices are very reasonable. The food is delicious and the presentation is amazing. Breakfast was elaborate and delicious. I heard the spa is great. Didn’t have time this trip to find out. Fitness center is great. Has everything you’ll need.

The hotel itself was really nice but the service was not so good! They didnt clean the bathroom, refill the coffee, or take out the trash. I had to put the garbage outside the door and call the front desk to ask them to take it out. Also be sure you get your reservation in writing!! Especially if you travel with a dog make sure you can prove the reservation in writing !! They almost didnt let us check in until we were able to show proof in writing. Some of the staff gave us dirty looks and treated us like we did something wrong by taking our dog with us. The facility is the only reason why i gave them three stars instead of 2 or 1.

The hotel had free parking and the rooms were very clean. It had a Great Restaurant in the hotel food was very fresh and the service was great!! We heard the spa is great we had no time to use it. The staff was very friendly!!
