整體還是不錯的，就是這個前台服務員跟餐廳服務員讓人感覺不是很舒服。房間隔音不好。走廊説話跟在自己房間一樣。基本不隔音。早餐很不好！竟然麪食都是甜的！很無語！

每次去岢嵐，都要來這家酒店，就知道它的性價比了，真的很棒很棒。縣城裡做到這個標準的酒店不多，綜合下來，各方面都無可挑剔。

新酒店，有專人值守地面停車場，可眺古城夜景。房間寬敞，衞生做的不錯，床品新，獨立空調可自調冷熱且無噪音。晚上近八點半才到酒店，仍能吃到現做的可口飯菜、價格親民，服務態度也好。早餐，去的太晚已經不剩什麼了 但廚房新煮了雞蛋熱了牛奶給我們。而員工必須等客人吃完離開，才將剩下的全部納入她們的員工餐。

岢嵐是個小縣城，晚上到達，但是這一家算是他們當地比較高大上的旅店，雖然給到比較偏後邊的房間，但是窗外也能看到柯南古鎮夜景，房間也很寬敞，2樓的餐廳晚上仍在營業，有炒菜，房間裏備三瓶水，再多要就要付錢。這方面比別的地方做的不太人性化。

新酒店住起來沒有任何異味！空調有一點點小問題，客服人員馬上聯繫了人來修，處理的完全挑不出毛病！房間裏有智能小度，空調、電視、燈光都可以語音控制，解放雙手很方便！值得一提的是健身房，設施器材很全，對有健身需求的人特別好！略有不足的是洗衣間和早餐，洗衣間略簡陋，衞生有待打掃，而且沒有烘乾設備；早餐也特別簡單選擇性不夠多，不過在縣裡的酒店也不敢要求太多。

房間智能化很好，地暖也很舒服，屋子也挺大，就是位置偏僻一點，馬路邊的房間有點吵也看不到岢嵐古城的夜景，春節初五晚上應該沒啥人住，酒店説能看夜景的房間沒了，感覺有點失望。
