We stayed 15 days at this resort...very nice...but dated, there are broken tiles and differences in level between them at the poolside. Many fell into it. Leaving aside the two-hour journey from Tunis airport (it went well for us, the bus was new), the Veratour really disappointed us. Repetitive food, for days. Pasta alla Norma, chicken, and grilled tuna were there every day. Very scenic but zero substance. Those who say excellent variety are because they aren't able to cook at home. If I had wanted to eat Tunisian food I would not have turned to a tour operator that guaranteed me Italian cuisine. The children who eat with the mini club mostly make do with fruit or potatoes since they don't set up the small buffet that would be dedicated to them. To stay on the beach you are forced to get up very early.. I mean 5.30 am.. otherwise you will only find a place at the pool. There are a lot of local people. People come in even with daily access, so you are never at peace. On the 7th day out of 15 we wanted to return to Italy. The only thing that held us back were the entertainment guys who involved our 3 children impeccably. SVEVA, LAURA, TOMMY, MARTINA, YURI, CHIARA AND CHIARA... what can I say... thank you!!! For he says the pizza is delicious.... Sour tomato... Well I wonder where they eat and what.. an important thing at the end of the week are a lot of people with dysentery. You pay for EVERYTHING. THE village is full board. The wifi is non-existent. Fortunately we have been out to eat many times, savoring and knowing their true flavours. I had the feeling that it was all about saving money... They almost never had parmesan!!! Last thing... Discrepancy between the service they offer to us and that for the locals.... Their plates are very full... we have to ask and they even get strange... Veratour will never see us again.
