"This is a newer hotel in Kelowna, right along BC 97 near the intersection with BC 33. The rooms are clean, and the hotel's enhanced pandemic protocols are evident - hand sanitizers in common areas. Breakfast is surprisingly not bagged, as in most hotels now because of the pandemic. It's set up more like a pantry, with sanitizers in the food counters. There's a pancake maker, which is a pleasant surprise since a lot of the hotels with breakfast no longer offer this breakfast favorite since the pandemic began. Service is very good as well."
"Great location and rooms were perfect. Breakfast was a bonus"

"The environment is good, facing the lake and the scenery is good. First-class walk after breakfast or dinner. Other parts are quite satisfactory. There is a parking lot, which is more convenient. Good value for money."
"The surrounding environment is very beautiful, the room facilities are also very good, that is, I regret that I have not booked a villa. In fact, it is quite good for us to book a villa for 7 people."
"Breakfast is small, Western style. The parking on the front side of the door is free of charge. The underground parking lot of the hotel is small. You need to brush the door to open the door. The street opposite the street is a bar, a bit noisy. The location is OK, just outside the hotel and turn right, not far away is Lake Okana. The choice is mainly because the price is not expensive."

Perfect
WWendy WTWe stayed at this lovely B&B for some nights, which was perfect. The room is clean and cozy, and the common areas are excellent. Everything is just like the pictures and even more spacious. Mitsuko and Norm are wonderful hosts who are caring and thoughtful and bring the best to their guests. We see details in the comfy furniture, the cute plants, the hot tub, and every guest’s favorite: the yummy breakfast!
GGuest UserThe hotel was extremely busy, as it was a holiday weekend. The state of the hotel definitely showed an increase in volume and turnover. Our room, the entranceway, and the bathroom floor had white marks all over it. At first, it looked like a child walked into paint and then ran in and out of the room. However, with the smallest of elbow grease, I was able to remove most of the marks from the bathroom. In doing so, it looked more like dried oatmeal, but I couldn't be sure. My point is that it was impossible not to notice this mess and that someone made a conscious decision to leave it in this manner. They did this, knowing that it was a long weekend and that guests would be paying in some cases double what they normally would pay. At these prices, with taxes, fees, etc, we were over a grand for 2 nights. At these prices, you do expect the rooms to be in pristine condition. We had spoken to a staff member delivering towels to a nèar by room. He informed us that he would speak to his supervisor and that someone would be up shortly. At this point, it was late and we were at the end of a solid week of moving. We needed sleep more than anything. To the best of our knowledge, no one tried to reach us in regard to this issue. This is a beautiful hotel. However, more needs to be done to keep it that way.
BBobI almost didn't book here because it appears to be a 1950s motel with fresh paint. That would have been a huge mistake. The location is perfect for wandering downtown and the parks by the lake. The room was bright, colorful, and one of the cleanest ever. I couldn't stop being amazed by the updates and upgrades, and all the bright colors kept me smiling. The color matched vw bus in the lot defines the character. I will choose Hotel Zed again over any of the boring up-scale or traditional places to stay in Kelowna. It's different, fun, and a great place.
NNikki RoseArrived late night. There were to hotel staff at the reception and only one of them was nicer. I was awake for two days straight and it was my first time in Canada. Everything was different back in Saudi I told the receptionist so I might need some help or if she can guide me thru. No Bell boy or anything is accepted but the rude behavior of one of the old man was not, just because I'm asian.Wont reccommend to friends and they dont even accept cashh
GGuest UserOur stay at this hotel was excellent. The amenities and services were outstanding, and the staff were incredibly kind and professional. The hotel environment was beautiful and peaceful, and the rooms were very clean and comfortable. We will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to others.
CCathy9596The swimming pool and breakfast are very good, but it happened to be a holiday and the whole hotel was fully booked. There were people all around. I will stay here again when I come to Kelowna next time. It is at the entrance of the main road, which is very convenient.

GGuest UserTraveling with friends, it was the first time to stay in a motel. Based on the booking price, I was a little worried before, but I was very satisfied with the hygiene, service and environment, especially the car could be parked at the door of the room without moving around.
GGuest UserHelpful staff, laundry on site. Kitchen has NOTHING not even cutlery/plates. Hard when traveling and jut wanting to buy trays etc. should have basics in there. Air con not air con really a built in fan with cold water. Our room got hotter not cooler and it was checked it was cold in the system but didn’t want to blow that out. Was told not an air con! So sad especially the price you are paying!

GGuest UserThis was a two day planned get away for my husbsnd and I. Great location, we walked everywhere. The deck was a bit dirty, however there is construction going on around this location. The garbage truck dumps the big bins at 5:30 am so if you get an early wake up call. The hotel itself is a good choice, restaurants is also good. No pub anymore, but does not say this online. All in all good stay.
