I almost didn't book here because it appears to be a 1950s motel with fresh paint. That would have been a huge mistake. The location is perfect for wandering downtown and the parks by the lake. The room was bright, colorful, and one of the cleanest ever. I couldn't stop being amazed by the updates and upgrades, and all the bright colors kept me smiling. The color matched vw bus in the lot defines the character. I will choose Hotel Zed again over any of the boring up-scale or traditional places to stay in Kelowna. It's different, fun, and a great place.

The location and room were good, but after booking Ctrip went to the front desk and said that it could not find a reservation, they could open a room directly to check in, but the price was higher than the Ctrip price, contact Ctrip immediately, and then said that a tax is separate, so it is expensive, Ctrip I took the initiative to refund the difference to me and praised Ctrip, but the hotel did not connect the tax-included price with Ctrip. I hope to correct it in time

Breakfast is good, you can eat a hot breakfast, there are not many varieties, but enough to eat, the fruit is not bad, will be added in time after eating. The room in the tower has an open balcony, sitting on a chair can look out at the outside scenery. The room is large, 12 minutes walk from the market, the price is OK, recommended!

Because we chose a disabled room, the room is spacious, with a microwave and independent air conditioning. The breakfast restaurant staff is friendly and the parking lot is spacious and free. Good value for money.
