"A nice place to stay. A good large open room. Beds are comfortable. Unit is self contained with Microwave, Toaster, Jug, Crockery and Cutlery. Unit was clean and you could open windows for fresh air and a glass door leading to a patio which was a bonus.Ryan in Reception was very friendly helpful and eager to help with anything. There is a carpark at the back of the Motel and it is close to the RBH hospital. In the morning we had these beautiful parrots 🦜 coming to say hello sitting on our patio."

"The room rate is cheap. I booked a cheaper hotel because I had to get up early to catch the flight. The only drawback was that I was given a disabled room on the lower floor. I had to get up early the next day so I didn't ask for a room change. The floor was high and I could smell the fumes from the restaurant downstairs. I recommend booking a room on a higher floor."

"Lost a cell phone. Phoned and was advised this had been found and if I organised a pre paid envelope this would be posted to myself. I organised the pre paid international envelope to be delivered to then send the cell phone to my home address. The prepaid envelope has been returned to the sender and I am unsuccessfully able to get any replies from the company now on how my phone will be returned to me"

"Requested bath tub - no luck with that. Room was average. Parking was easy, breakfast was good but love to see it stepped up a little, food was average. Maybe a fresh orange juice machine? Bar was great, staff there wonderful… food at bar excellent. Pool lovely, gym excellent. One lift was out of order. 1 towel each provided, no extra blankets or pillows in the room and the AC was chilly so little cold during the night. Room service was excellent and reasonable price. Would stay again if another deal came up"

"The hotel is just about okay. I feel like they are trying to hard to be a good hotel but are falling really short. It’s easy to get to the airport from here but after staying in numerous hotels in Australia over the past couple of weeks, this one is definitely at the bottom of my list."
