Metin is one of the nicest people I have had the pleasure to meet his pasta dishes are the best in Antalya and definitely the best in Double Tree Hilton Kemer. Presentation taste of a professional standard very high pasta freshly made and bolognaise sauce superb loved it all you will go back for more

There is no point in checking in. The lobby is all there is to this hotel so save yourself some cash and just wander in from a cheaper hotel. Although there are several bars and places to relax, the majority are not open or mysteriously devoid of staff by 4 pm even when the boards are advertising them being open much longer. Whole areas of the hotel are currently blocked off, forget sitting with a relaxing drink and looking at the ocean, the decked pier (literally the first picture that draws you to the place) is currently a building site. The overlooking roof top terrace is also blocked off, and the 'entertainment' consists entirely of various jazz and instrumental musical groups in the public lobby at max volume. The ice cream hasn't been open for the three days I've been here so far, and the water slides haven't been in operation once either. Daytime entertainment so far has been aqua aerobics which I didn't even see take place, and darts which id hardly class as an hotel-lead event. Bar drinks in the lobby are hit and miss, order the same thing twice and see noticeable changes in taste, colour and amount poured. The beach bar has one beer available. Staff are generally friendly, although that seems limited to a few. A lot seem they would rather you did not approach them, or are too busy on their phones. Honestly, you may as well stay in the departures lounge and skip the roughly two hour transfer (not 45 mins as advertised) after the flight. This place starts and finishes in the lobby. Rooms were clean but questionable. A lot of the fixings were of DIY standard, wonky stairs, wonky tvs, windows held in by two screws... its like they don't have a spirit level in the building crew. I've stayed in a few Hilton establishments across the world, and this one is certainly the worst for promises unfulfilled. I have 7 more days here, and I can't wait to leave. I feel trapped and conned. I brought my family here and I feel guilty as they would have had a better time at home. Lunch is good, though and the guy on Rollerblades is very cool if you can work out how to get hold of him. All in all, I paid 4k for this holiday and would have been better staying home. What a joke of an establishment.

Can not fault this hotel from the cleaners to the managers there wasn't anything thay wouldn't do to help you definitely be coming back the staff are a credit to the hotel and a big reason that i will be coming back all facilities open on the 1st March is a big bonus we'll worth the taxi ride

This is not the first time we have visited this hotel. Everything is great, amazing nature, amazing sea, amazing service, friendly smiling staff, super tasty food, fantastic drinks, fresh air. From our room window we had wonderful sunrises over the sea. Big thanks to all the staff, also Anna and Burak. I miss Yuou :) See you again this year :)

We stayed for 10 days in october, and had an amazing time. The location and layout of the hotel was immaculate, and all the staff were attentive, welcoming and helpful. The rollerblade waiters by the pool and pier were not only entertaining and impressive to watch, but they always made sure you never ran out of your favourite drinks, all with a smile on their face. We also want to give special thanks to the photography team, who we first encountered one day while lounging by the pool. They brought along two parrots, who were both playful and photogenic, which made for some great pictures. We were also invited to do a free, professional photo shoot, where we could look at the photos after, and then choose if we would like to buy any of them. The photographer was very good, and the photos came out amazing. We picked out the best photos, and the helpful photography team turned them into a beautiful album, which is a cherished memory for life. We definetly recommend checking them out. Other points worth mentioning are the delicious variety of the food truck buffet at lunch, the nightly entertainment shows, the incredible selection of both international beer and spirits, and the plethora of available sun beds both by the pool and the beach. The only drawback for us was that our stomachs couldn't handle the turkish food all that well, and even though most nights were inspired by other cuisines, it was often the same kinds of food prepared. The lunch buffet never disappointed us though!
