Thank you for everything. They have friendly staff, they never let us down, the location and the sea are great, the food was generally good, I would just recommend them to wash the glasses at the bar well. Overall, I was satisfied and would like to come again...

I don't like it! No entertainment program, no dinner theme, no food when arrived with my son at 1am, not allowed iron, breakfast is horror, no meat options apart of very processed sliced something, no fried eggs so as we are on keto we are starving or forcing to the scrambled eggs that are mixed with flour. Amazing staff at the spa, Sabina and Martin are doing great job but that's only positive experience. Reported cockroaches in the bathroom, nothing was done, got offered harsh chemicals but with my son being autistic and with egzema I can't have that. Still here until 13th but won't be enjoying.

We stayed at the L'ancora Beach Hotel in October 2024. The hotel is quite large and has its own beach. The hotel is located near the Kemer Marina. We had a Double Comfort room. The room was not large with a balcony, but it had everything we needed. But the refrigerator almost didn't work. The room was cleaned every day. So there were no problems with that. The main disadvantage of this hotel is that it was impossible to sleep because of the loud music that could be heard from our hotel and two neighboring hotels. It was noisy every day from evening until midnight!!! Even earplugs didn't help. The beach is pebbly, but it was quite painful to walk. It was especially problematic to get in and out of the sea. There were quite a lot of people on the beach from early morning. It was always crowded during breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The food was varied and quite tasty. Especially Turkish sweets. Drinks at the bar were free, but you had to pay for imported alcohol. The juices were bad, apparently, they were heavily diluted with water. There is a swimming pool on the hotel grounds, but it is located right in the middle of the hotel, in the dining area. So it would be uncomfortable to swim in it. The water in it was cold. The staff at the hotel is friendly, the waiters are welcoming and helpful.

The most wonderful vacation We had a vacation with a friend from September 26 to October 3, 2024. We travel a lot and this is not the first time in Turkey. The most positive emotions. The food is delicious and varied! The room and the territory are clean, comfortable, and comfortable in everything. The sea is nearby, a wonderful well-groomed beach, there were enough sun beds for everyone. Everything is surrounded by greenery. But the biggest value is the PEOPLE who work here. I would like to thank all the staff who participated in the organization of our holiday and especially express my gratitude to Selami. YOU ARE SUPER! None of our requests went unanswered. Thank you for your attentiveness and responsible approach to work. You are so one of a kind. May God grant you health and prosperity!!! With warm greetings from Mogilev, Belarus.

I wanted to write my reviews during my stay so those having hesitation about the hotel could decide better for reservation. I really do not understand negative comments and I really wonder if we are staying in the same hotel. From the reception to restaurant, house keeping , cleaning , food beverage whatever comes to mind… everything is great . When you compare the service you get with the money you have paid, it really is a great deal . This is my second time in this hotel and I travel a lot so I know what is good or bad. This hotel is far better than what you would pay . Everything is compact and no waste of time or energy. Sea is the best and although it is end of the season , all departments are really working hard. I also would like to thank hotel management and staff for kind hospitality, reception guy, serving girls in restaurants and bar, house keeping guys which cared for everything we need and security guy working night shift. See you next time Lancora beach. And one last thank for my tour operator ETS and its guide Çiğdem who has called me a few times to check if everything is ok :)

Im currently staying and the reception staff is one of the rudest people you will find. I could never get into my room because the key never worked, and the room is far away from the lobby, after 2 days and 7 keys that never worked more than 1 time and no help from the staff, noone helped me undtil i got angry and asked to speak to a boss then the employer got mad at me and told me he will not help me. But he did but was very angry about it and went up with me in the elevator and almost broke the card key by pushing the elevator button, because he was so mad, of course the card key didn't work so he left me alone to wait for the technical service and stormed off downstairs. So this is NOT a good start to my holiday.
