The staff stole my husband's watch from the room! We explained to ourselves that it was probably somewhere in a bag or somewhere else and that's why we couldn't find it in the room. We came home and checked everything and the watch was not there. The door was always locked therefore we know it was someone from the staff. I wanted to write a positive review of the hotel but I can't. We were for 6 days in October 2024. We had a room on the 2nd floor in the other building few minutes walking from the hot. There are cameras everywhere in the hotel so the staff knew when we were in the room and when we left. There was no reception, anyone could enter at any time. The air conditioning in the room did not work, the fridge did not work (you could not even close it), the floor was so dirty that there was hair and sand on it. In the end they changed the room, but we had to threaten the staff that we wanted them to give us our money back for the stay and we would report it to the company that sold us the trip. The staff treated us with indifference from the start and repeated that when the manager came to work they would help us, which was in 2 days!In the other room, the floor was just as dirty. We cleaned it ourselves with wet wipes. Other things on the room was clean. In the new room the air conditioning worked but the fridge was not there at all. When we arrived on Saturday evening on the first day there was an elderly man working at the reception ( his other replacement was a young man called Burak and Burak was ok). This man firstly did not give us change for the internet charge but ok I know there everyone wants to get a tip. He then took my suitcase and helped carry it 2 streets away to the other building for which he also got a tip and said to my husband that he liked Polish cigarettes and wanted my husband to give him a whole pack. Not 1 cigarette, the whole pack! The food in the hotel was sometimes very good and sometimes we ate nothing but cake because there were dishes like stomachs of chicken, the chicken was cut whole with bones and skin but apparently in Turkey they eat like that. Very often fish. For breakfast, there were often scrambled eggs with sausages in them which were impossible to eat. We were the only Poles in the hotel, the rest were mainly Russians but this is not a problem for us. The guests behaved calmly and were mainly elderly people, so at 9 p.m. most of them practically left the tables by the pool. No one has ever bathed in the pool. Maybe it's a good thing too, because it would have smelled so badly of water disinfectants ( chlorine) when we ate. We did not go to the hotel beach because it was made of large stones and was tiny and narrow. In the morning there was already no sunbed not occupied by another hotel guest. FortunaSpecial shoes are recommended for The town of Kemer itself is quite large, well-kept, there are beautiful plants and there are lots of places to walk and there is a park on a hill where you can climb and

The only plus of this hotel is that it is right next to the beach and if you want peace, it is a good choice because there is no entertainment at the hotel. Minuses - very dirty rooms (doors are smeared, towels are brought with stains), water from the tap is not drinkable, but no one reports about it, water is leaking from the air conditioners, but no one is going to fix them. It is also very dirty in the hotel itself (the floor is dirty, the dishes are washed with water, full of dirt, the tables in the dining room are "wiped" only for the sake of the view). To have internet (Wifi) you have to pay. The staff is friendly until you complain about something. The choice of food is sufficient, but it is usually cold. The amount of sunbeds on the beach is very limited, so you always have to "fight" for them. The bar closes at 9 p.m., and the all-inclusive package includes only a few drinks - beer, white and red wine, vodka and gin. You have to pay for other drinks yourself. The hotel was disappointing, as were most of the staff working there.

I dont suggest this hotel qualitywise… food, room, workers etc insufficient… you have to pay for internet in rooms. Lunch , dinner no bıttke water. You can buy as extra… beach belongs to hotel so small and no sunshine comes because of hotel building’s shadow… not enough space for sunbathing…

The food is poor and the selection is minimal, meat is dry and no sauce is given. Hotel territory is dirty, both inside and outside. The staff don't speak English. Its better to choose other hotels near Valeri beach hotel, because the location is good.

I’m writing this review while sitting in this hotel)) I took the economy building, which I was very happy about, because... I love the silence, the rooms are newly renovated. At first they put me on the 1st floor, I asked for a room with a balcony, they changed it for me free of charge. Cleaning every day, although I didn’t need it, I’m not dirty. The food is normal, meat, vegetables, desserts are standard Turkish, if are used to premium 5* - this is not for you, the price is too high here due to the location, the food is very modest. I can’t say about alcohol, I didn’t take it at the bar. I’ve been to the beach 2 times, I’m not a fan of lying close to strangers, so Moreover, the surroundings of Kemer are full of beautiful beaches. Overall, I would give the hotel a 5, if not for the overpriced

Three stars correspond. There is no fight for Bell, you need to drag the suitcase yourself to the hotel and to your room. There are no labels on the food; you have to open everything everywhere. The plates were all with broken pieces, I thought they were ashtrays, but they were all for soup, funny. You have to drag the sun loungers to the pool yourself, there is nothing on display there. Bar until 21 pm, no entertainment there. A deposit is required for towels. But the workers on the beach are fabulous, Bekir is very friendly, loves his job, and for the most part, spent time on the beach. There is a good bar on the beach, it is paid, but I recommend it and not the hotel bar. Thanks to the beach workers for brightening up this vacation! When I took the ticket, the travel agent had 4 stars, but alas. If you have nothing to compare with and want a budget trip, then maybe it will do.

He had the right to change his beach towel every three days. Even though I said this was unhygienic, no help was given. The beds and pillows are very uncomfortable. It's like I'm lying on a stone. The bathroom is very small, especially the shower cabin is tiny. I can say that I had a hard time washing it. The bar constantly runs out of ice. They serve the drinks warm. You can eat and drink between 07.30 and 21.00 within the scope of all inclusive. There is 1 water dispenser in the pool area. It is not available after 21.00. They couldn't think of putting a water dispenser on each floor. Also, the taste of the water is very bad, we always had to buy water from outside. The beach is close, you go down 10 steps to the sea, but food and drinks are not brought to the beach as part of the all-inclusive service. Also, the sun loungers on the beach are very low. The food is not bad, you won't go hungry. There are many more negative things that I will write about after the holiday is over.

At the very beginning, I want to say that the chef of the Recep hotel (when he received a refusal to meet in the evening) tried to humiliate and insult the entire holiday. This fact spoiled all the advantages of the hotel. Special thanks to the boys at the reception (especially Amed). Very responsive, quickly fix minor problems. Good hotel for a group of three. There is enough food, but the children have nothing special to eat. We traveled with my sister, so we were almost never in the hotel. The rooms are tired. Either the taps are leaking or the refrigerator is not cooling.

I can't say anything about the hotel - everything is normal. But there is something that deserves special attention. It is a spa center and especially the masseur Nedim. If you want to gain wings, go to him. Competently, professionally, Carefully, he works masterfully with your body as if playing a musical instrument. Full delight, absolute trust. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! I will return to Kemer to go for a massage with Nedim!
