Great place a good value for money. This is the second time we visited Crystal Aura. The first time we had a good experience so we tried it for the second time. Things we did like about our last stay that we found this time again: - 24/7 food options: almost every hour of the day it is possible to eat something or have a drink somewhere - alcoholic beverages included - enough space during our visits in May: no worries about sun beds or tables in the restaurants - a la carte is included at least 1 time We are European and we speak our native language as well as English. It is good to be aware that Kemer and especially Crystal Aura is currently mainly focused on Russian guests. The staff members learn and speak Russian. Some of the animation crew are foreigners and native Russian speakers too. Staff speaks the English language very limited. There are a few staff members that could speak English, like Sinem from guest relations. Also some of the bar staff speak some English and are very polite too: Hassan, Ibrahim, and Isa, who made our stay extra pleasant with their positivity and chit chat every now and then. Sinem from guest relations is also very polite and wants you too have a good stay, so if you run in to any issues, it would be a good idea to visit guest relations to solve the matter. Tips for drinks: Lobby Bar. Senior bartender Ibrahim makes quality cocktails. Entertainment: Sky Bar has daily events like DJ or live music. Be aware: sound levels are quite high, so it's a good idea to bring hearing protection. Rooms: rooms are okay. Mini bar is restocked every day and is included. It was somewhat vague for us when rooms were cleaned and in what frequency. We often slept until 9 or 10 AM and went to breakfast between 9 and 10. I think housekeeping start quite early, so 4 out of 8 days the room was not visited by house keeping. Not a big problem for us, but I think you can just report this at guest relations. I think they saw our "do not disturb hanger" and then skipped cleaning in the morning. Also the floors can be dusty due to all bad slippers walking in and out, so that could be a point of improvement. Conclusion: a stay can never be "perfect" on all parameters, but within my expectations and for the price we paid, this was again a very pleasant stay. Key take-away; if you do not like something or if there is something wrong with the room, just let Guest Relations know and they will solve it for you. They really do care. Cheers 🌴🙏🏻
