The room is basic, they don’t serve water in the room, the sheets were very dirty. I don’t think they changed it before the guests came. No elevator. Staff are friendly and welcome, this hotel is far away from everything. Only thing that is close is the beach.

Great staff, they were super friendly and helpful.
The hotel was very bad, terrible showers, had to wait 5-10 min for the water to get warm, the shower hose was broken and water sprayed everywhere.
In 5 days, they cleaned our room just once.

So what makes a boutique hotel the kind you'd want to return to over and over again? Things like location, cleanliness, room quality, and amenities are all important -- and the BelSun scores well in all those categories. It's across the street from the beach. The pool is sparkling clean. The rooms are clean and well-appointed. Etc. But to me, what truly elevates a place, is its people. And during my two weeks at BelSun, I've been blown away by the friendliness and courtesy of Hasan, Captain, and the entire staff. When I wanted to change my room, no problem. When I needed an airport pickup, no problem. Ride to Kemer for a PCR test? Restaurant recommendation? Adjust my reservation? No problem. No problem. No problem. I've had a memorable time here on the Turkish coast in this quiet town. I can't wait to return and do some more exploring. When I do, I'll be staying at the BelSun, for sure.

Stresden, kargaşadan sıkıldıysanız tam kafa dinlemelik yer. Müthiş bir dağ ve şirin çiçeklerle dolu bir bahçesi var. Yemekler kahvaltı dahil alacarte usulü gelmektedir.Akşam yemeğı fiyatlarını işletme uygun tutmuş. Kahvaltıda extra birşey isterseniz yapalım diyorlar. Çalışanların hepsi çok cana yakın insanlar. Banyonun lambası patladı, çok hızlı değiştirdiler. Oda olsun dış mekanlar olsun temizdi. Ayrıca Odalar yeni tadilattan geçmiş. Şezlongların minderleri kalın ve rahattı. Denize uzaklığı 300 metre sorun değilse rahatlıkla tercih edilebilecek bir yer.

İşletme sadece para endeksli ,7 gün konaklama boyunca bir kez olsun odamızın durumu sorulmadı temizlik yapılmadı,çarçaf ve yastık havlu vs kendimiz rica edip kat çalışanından alıp yaptık,kahvaltı çok sıradan kapalı hazır ürünlerle dolu ,hazırlanan ürünler sadece patates ve yumurta sık sık patates cipsi doluydu kaplar,gündüz çalışan arkadaş samimi ve güler yüzlüydü onun dışında memnun kalmadık .
