The hotel was very clean, the facilities were nice. All the staff members who served were caring and friendly. It was proper management and proper business. We are satisfied.

The toilets in the bathing areas were very dirty.
There were clearly not enough employees to keep up with the requests, sometimes long waiting times at bars because only one person was working in the bar.
The food tasted good but it was the same every day, no variety, even the places where the food was served didn't change.

First impression was good. Polite welcome..but not to much information given to us about hotel. +Room was spacies and nice. View was okey - when we get to our room, its was not very clean(hairs on the floor) Towels were changed every day, but floor, bathroom was not included to cleaning. Even not after tip :D We were on off-season and for sure I dont recomend it to go off-season. Its nothing to do there with your free time. There are some playing machines(extra pay) The cocktails were awful. Staff is not much interested of you. Water in pool was cold, altough one should be heated. Only one snack bar was working. The most dissapointment was that hotel was so dirty. Resturant was dirty, the floor, maschines.Food was the same every day! Like really there was not much choice. If you went to resturant, you already knew that fish, grilled chicken and fries are waiting. For us, the price and quality was not in balance. Thank god, we changed the hotel and there was also off-season but absolutely nicer experience.

We had never been to this part of Turkey before and so the hotel was chosen based upon its online reviews. I have to say it is lovley. We had an issue with our allocated room upon arrival but the front desk manager swapped us straight away. The food is good, yes all inclusive does get repetitive but there was something for everyone. I would highly recommend the Italian a la carte, gorgeous. Drinks were fantastic, branded spirits and cocktails. Special mention to cigarillo bar staff they were amazing and always remembered our drinks. Animation team are also in the go all day and night. We tend to not get too involved but the entertainment at night was good and the after disco in the bar was also good. If you are looking for a hotel full of English people then this isn’t the hotel for you, but if like us you are happy to mix them it is a beautifully located hotel on the beach front and a short walk into town. Our first time in Kemer. We’ve stayed for one week and couldn’t be more pleased with this experience. :) Rooms were always clean and have everything you need. The food and drinks selection was more than enough. Just soups could be warmer. Waiters and bartenders were so nice and always served with smiles. The pool areas were very good - one for families with children with music and games and one placed in quiet zone. Amazing. Pebbly beach is private and so magical. A lot of sunbeds and access to the sea is good -＞ from beach or the pier. Animation program through the day is great and in the evening you get a lot of fun with different shows or parties. So so nice. The staff and management is kind and friendly. When we had some issues they always helped us to solve it immediately. Thanks to all. :) We will definitely come back.

The hotel is very convenient for friends and family , it has a wide selection of food and beverage, a lot of activities to do, comfortable bed and pillows , we had a nice seaview room with big balcony , A big thank you to ksenia, guest relation manager , her service went beyond our expectations , very professional and friendly and another thank you to Hassan the waiter in the restaurant next to the pool , although he knows a little English , his service was delivered with emotions and he is very attention to details.

I have visited many places and a couple of all inclusive hotels, none of them can be compared to this one, top notch service, friendly and helpful staff and kind people.Beautiful and well maintained beach and gardens. Every recommendation for a good rest and peaceful holiday. If you wish a more active holiday there are many hotel organized activities.The food was very tasty with a lot different types to choose from.We will go to the same hotel next year.❤️

I like this hotel, animation verry good, DENIS is the BEST!!!! Service is perfect!!! Sea life resort hotel , come everybody!!! Only this Hotel the best! And animator Deniz and Gulten the BEST!!!! Only they make nice animation!I come back!!
