Have just stayed here for 7 nights. Could not have chosen a place to stay with a better location and nicer staff. Note that English is not one of their advertised languages however they are extremely proficient in the use of Google translate so communication is not an issue. The place is clean, tidy and well equipped. Will almost certainly rebook if we return to the area

Great location - next to the beach, also lots of restaurants and shops nearby. The building, the pool and our apartment was really clean, the kitchen was very well equipped - stove, oven, big fridge, washing machine. Nice sitting area next to the pool where tea/coffee was always available and also a microwave guest can use anytime. Great air-condition and reliable internet connection. Comfortable beds. Polite and friendly owner is always there to help, provides great service.

Very clean, cool hotel, was a one night stopover on our honeymoon. Good prices too. Nice area, lots of restaurants and beach nearby. Easy to park and very safe. Glad we found this place. Would recommend.

First of all, it is very clean, the location is very nice, the owner is very attentive, we went with our friends (4 families) and had a lot of fun. The price is very reasonable. Even being able to sit in the garden and drink your tea and coffee is very nice. I have been going on holiday for 16 years and I have never seen this opportunity in any apartment, by the way, tea and coffee are complimentary of the business. The pool is very clean. It is both in the heart of the market and very quiet. I recommend it to everyone.

Хочу поделиться поделиться профессиональным мнением про этот отель. Я директор турагентства в Сибири, владелец турбазы. Итак об отеле! Отель расположен в самом центре Кемера, до всех локаций 5 мин, хоть до моря , хоть до кафе и магазинов, расположение отличное, тихое место. Были в феврале, не в сезон. Очень тепло в номерах, обогрев от кондиционеров. Горячая вода, именно горячая, не теплая есть всегда, полный набор посуды для приготовления пищи, есть общее место под навесом с мягкими диванами, креслами качалками, где можно попить чай и кофе. Кофемашина! С утра вкусный кофе и чай! Кофе, чай, молоко ,сахар для общего пользования есть всегда.Хозяин Нико отлично относиться к своим гостям, всегда все подскажет. Уборка 1 раз в 3 дня, очень чистая уборка, полы моют, а не как в отелях подметают! Все чисто , аккуратно. Рекомендую всем. Хоть с детьми, хоть молодежи, хоть пенсионерам. Понравится всем 100%. Находимся ещё в отеле, осталось 3 дня, уезжать не хочется. Отдыхали семьёй 6 человек, и парой друзей,снимали 3 номера. Все довольны. Если в Кемер, то только сюда. Думаю приедем ещё не раз. Лишь бы места были, бронировать нужно заранее. Отель небольшой и очень популярный.

Заселились в субботу вечером, девушка на ресепшн без лишних слов дала ключ и все. World citites residence - из названия можно догадаться, что смотреть будем на известные города: нам достался NY. Фартук кухни представляет собой Central Park, на противоположной стене картинка с городом. Номер влажный, полотенца, постельное тоже, с лёгким ароматом тухлого белья. Сантехника более менее исправна: в душе ширма настолько маленькая, что все брызги летят в сухие зоны; на унитазе стульчак держится только в закрытом положении, в остальных падает; тумба под раковиной вся в воде, зеркало в разводах. У кровати тумба только с одной стороны, на кухне вся посуда помыта кое как, на приборах остатки пищи. Двери в номера бесшумно не закрываются, всегда слышно, как долбят (по другому не скажешь, железный замок хлопает ппц как громко) свои двери соседи. Бронировали до пятницы, то есть на неделю. В понедельник вдруг выясняется, что завтра нам и нашим соседям нужно переехать в комнаты на -1 этаже… во вторник приезжает хозяин, который ни по русски ни по английски не говорит (как на самом деле я хз) Девушка с ресепшена из раза к разу меняет свои слова, объяснения, почему нас сразу не предупредили я не услышала. Вряд ли я бы пожелала в течение недели отдыха переезжать, да еще и в подвал. В общем вердикт таков: либо едете в подвал, либо забирайте деньги и уходите) представьте просто, в середине отдыха вам предлагают подвал или искать себе другое жилье) Причина кроется в том, что тревожить жильцов, которые оплатят 2 недели, они не хотят, а с нас денег меньше, поэтому можно и в хвост и в гриву) Такое вот турецкое гостеприимство К слову, номер в подвале на порядок лучше, но течет душевая, да так сильно, что пол мокрый во всей комнате Итог: никогда и никому не желаю оказаться в world cities residence, а горе отельеру и девушке админу желаю познать, что такое сервис и человеческое отношение. Пс: в наши номера так никого и не заселили и они стояли пустыми до конца нашего проживания) это карма ребята) улучшайте сервис и не гонитесь за деньгами, пока не сделаете что-то достойное)
