The hotel is a disco and party, you won’t be bored, funny animation, entertainment all day long and there are no screaming children with their mothers - this is a huge plus! Of the minuses, tasteless food, poor quality alcohol, room cleaning is so-so for 4! Well, the contingent is 50% Iranian, the remaining 50% are single Turks and Slavs! Nice clean spa, I recommend it

The hotel is located in a picturesque location, near mountains and forest. The sea water in April is still cold. The food is normal, sauna, fitness, swimming pool.

This hotel is highly recommended. This hotel and resort is a pure gem in Antalya. The restaurants are filled with a variety of options to choose from, the rooms have beautiful views with plenty of space! There are plenty of activities to do around here to add to this stay.The staff are wonderful because of their lovely welcoming towards everyone. A special mention of Dani, a great person, who goes above and beyond to ensure guests have a truly exceptional stay. I arrived on the Saturday and it was late evening and checked in. The reception catered for me straight away and asked if I was hungry and can either check in and go to my room or leave my bags at reception and grab some food and a drink, so obviously, I grabbed some food as it had been a long day and also spot on to the reception straight away with serving my needs without asking. The hotel and facilities are exactly what it says on the tin. The rooms are clean and tidy and comfortable and cleaned on a daily morning basis, unless you choose to not be disturbed by leaving the correct tag on the door for the cleaners. The hotel is frequented by many locals, which is fantastic as you know the food is always good and always well presented and loads of good flavours and caters for meat eaters or vegetarians. Also you have a few restaurants as well as the normal buffet style and even the Burgers that are served in the pool restaurant are tasty 😋😋😋😋. They also have a good drink selection of wine and spirits and cocktails and non alcoholic cocktails. I am here out of season so the weather is hot and miss BUT you can chill indoors or outdoors if you wish. All floors have easy access via a few lifts that are spread around. The hotel itself is clean throughout. Staff are very friendly and very observant when eating and your drink requirements as well. The 24 hour with chillaxing area and fish tanks is a nice touch. Also for many Lol, the wifi is very good throughout the hotel as well. Overall, will definitely be visiting again and in the later season when more hot as well. Also the guest relations manager ISMET is a nice guy and checks on guests needs and gets to know the guests as well and not just walk around looking busy. Unfortunately he supports Chelsea and I support Arsenal Lol. It’s a fantastic hotel for me chilling out and relaxing and you can hear yourself think here and no madness and noises and they have kids here as well at present. Many Thanks Alan

The hotel itself is fine, good location, near the city center, you can walk or take dolmush, taxi..The beach is beautiful and clean, although it is narrow and not so much space, the problem is with sunbeds, if you want to reserve it, you have to place a towel early in the morning, 7am, otherwise you will not have a place. That was a bother for us, evethough we have a little child and woke up earlier, I can imagine how that was for younger people... When we first arrived they gave us a tiny room on the last floor, where it was scorching hot. I was like we are not staying here. So we had to pay extra 100e for a seaview room, which was nice and spaciouos, had a big balcony. Not very nice from them, we have never experienced that in any hotel, they usualy gave us even better and bigger room than we had payed for since we have a small child. Perfid way to make you pay more...The staff is so and so, some are nice some not so much, my opinion is they all have to try to be friendly in a 5* hotel, and learn some more English. The cleaning was superficial, just swipe the floor a bit and change towels, bedding maybe once, they never cleaned the countertops at the bathroom or a bit more the room, just up in front,once topped our fridge with water. We often had to wait long in afternoon for the room to be cleaned. The food was ok, there was plenty and good quality although it was pretty much the same every day. You will not be hungry. The tables could be cleaner, they just leave the same mat that someone used and place clean fork and knife. Coffee is appaling, they don't have a decent coffe machine like in caffes, so be prepared for that. Turkish coffee is ok, if you like to drink it. Coctails were nice. The lady who works with childrend at the kids club was super nice, thank you, our child had fun. I don't think we will be back, there is plenty other hotels in Turkey.

Still here and honestly can’t fault this hotel. Food is amazing from all the food trucks and the buffet. The staff are all amazing and nothing is too much to ask. The night time shows are incredible, like actual paid performances. Highlight is playing the darts with Deniz and Tuana every day ! Will absolutely be returning!

We had couples holiday. Rooms were clean and spacious with a great view to swimming pool and mountains. Pool area was amazing, with chilled music and relaxed vibe. Pool bar was serving local alcohol, few different cocktails that we enjoyed a lot. There was plenty of options to choose from buffet menu, optional a la carte restaurant can be booked and serves delicious food. Amazing spa area with a lot of different massage options to choose from also offering packages if you are looking for full relaxation holiday with massages everyday. Staff in the hotel were extremely helpful, friendly and genuinely nice people who made our holiday an amazing experience. I really want to thank everyone who works in hotel for service that you offer.Would definitely recommend this hotel for family and friends. We will be back too!

I booked the Family room, and when we arrived we got a room for people with disabilities, only tomorrow when the agent from the agency came, we managed to get the room that we had previously paid for. The first night we came, the dinner time was over, but the hotel does not take care of its guests, although we had just arrived I asked them to give us some snacks since we traveled all day and i had a child hungry from two years, we only got three small cookies. I had an unpleasant experience with the staff, where one employee when asked where I was going to put dirty towels, told me to put it on his head, why do you ask me like that, after that se didn't even apologize. The hotel is full of Russians, you do not have the feeling that you are in Turkey because you speak the most Russian language, there is a party for Russian guests at the pool and on the beach, Russian songs are constantly played, when you enter for dinner and the staff introduces you to the plan and program of the evening they all say it all in Russian. And to make it an even greater insult they greet you as a Russian, horribly. In the restaurant there is a very small terrace, which can not accommodate enough guests, so when the door from the terrace was opened, people would run to sit at a table as soon as possible, because there is not enough for everyone, and only a queue for food, it is a special horror, there are so many crowds, that you can not wait to take something and try it. They have a very poor selection of bread and pastries. If you want to have your sun lounger on the beach you have to get up really early and go busy, because the hotel staff does not take care that all guests have their own deck chairs. After breakfast when I just went to the beach, all the deck chairs were busy, and when I approached the staff, they told me to come early and get the deck chairs for my family, and they also have deck chairs at the pool so I can go upstairs to swim. It was disgusting behavior on the part of the hotel staff. The air conditioning in the rooms does not work, the fridge for drinks did not work, although we complained at the reception, it was not repaired, and the hotel is not so clean and tidy at all. The pool is terribly dirty, disgusting. At the bottom of the pool you see a glass. When you enter the hotel you can't breathe because it's so hot and stuffy, because the air conditioning doesn't work, there's no ventilation at all. Definitely the worst hotel ever. Horror horror
