Ottima posizione, pulizia al top. Molto confortevole, un'ottima esperienza. Bagno con doccia, asciugacapelli, phon, bagnoschiuma, asciugamani Molto morbidi. Ci ritornerei sicuramente. Complimenti davvero a tutto lo staff!!!!!!

Das Hotel ist mitten im Zentrum von Kempten. Man kann mit dem Auto vor das Hotel fahren und ausladen, muss das Auto dann 400 Meter an einem vom Hotel entfernten Parkplatz parken. Das Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet, sehr sauber und obwohl es mitten in der Stadt liegt sehr ruhig. Frühstück wird nicht angeboten, aber man kann sich morgens einen Kaffee oder Tee selbst zubereiten. Auch hat man die Möglichkeit, Getränke zu kaufen. Die Rezeption ist morgens besetzt. Möglichkeiten zum Essen gibt es zahlreich. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wieder in diesem Hotel übernachten .

Kleines Hotel welches mit kleinen süßen Details eingerichtet ist. Die Zimmer sind klein aber für eine Nacht ist es ausreichend. Leider gibt es keine Klimaanlage, was im Sommer nicht auszuhalten ist. Hatte im Vorfeld bei der Buchung leider nicht darauf geachtet. Die Bettmatratze war für meinen Rücken nicht geeignet, ich hatte starke Rückenschmerzen, meinem Partner hat es hingegen nichts ausgemacht. Von der Straße (Fußgängerzone) war es sehr laut, so dass ich kaum schlafen konnte. Fußgänger hat man nicht gehört, dafür sind ständig LKWs und Transporter in die Fußgängerzone zum Entladen gefahren, was sehr laut war. (Vor allem die Entladung ansich) Wenn einen das mal nicht wach gehalten hat, haben die Glocken geläutet. Das Restaurant was wohl zum Hotel gehört ist sehr zu empfehlen, alles was wir gegessen hatten war sehr lecker.

Sauber, grosszügige Grösse des Zimmers und alles sehr familiär gehalten. Schlüsselübergabe per Schlüsselbox und Code. Durch die Lage kommt man bestens an tolle und schmackhafte Restaurants, die fussläufig gelegen sind. Nachteil könnte sein - die Treppen zur oberen Etage! Das waren einige und mit schwerem Gepäck und Rücken, wäre das Zimmer definitiv fatal!

Ich habe das Hotel für ein Brautpaar gebucht und die Hotel Mitarbeiter gebeten das Zimmer romantisch zu gestalten. Ohne Aufpreis wurde das Zimmer wundervoll und detailliert dekoriert. Ich hätte mir nicht besseres für das Brautpaar wünschen können. Immer wieder gerne!!

Wir waren mit unseren Familien während unseres Hochzeitswochenendes in der Goldenen Steig und hätten uns kein besseres Hotel vorstellen können. Es war einfach rundum gelungen. ALLE waren super freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend, um kleinere Anfragen wurde sich sofort gekümmert und selbst Extrawünsche wurden problemlos umgesetzt. Die Zimmer sind neuwertig eingerichtet und das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist mehr als fair. Wir kommen sehr, sehr gerne zurück.
