We liked the transportation to MSY 24/7 & available food 24/7, bed was great & check-in staff. We didn't like only one area set of elevators for size of hotel...a lot of walking just to them. We didn't like waiting for someone to seat us at cafe off main lobby & finally left.

Outside hotel is beautiful. Inside room it’s sooo dark even with lights on. Not enough lighting, and hot as Hell. These rooms are temperature regulated and nothing you can do to change it. I will never stay here again. Can’t sleep in the heat. We were a group and everyone was complaining of the rooms being very hot

Cleaning lady was rude. When I check in I noticed no bath towels. The lady was cleaning the room next door so I asked her to bring them to my room. She said why don't you bring them? I was on my way to the pool . I said please bring the towels to my room. She muttered something and never delivered them. Later that evening I went to the front desk and she had the towels delivered.

Comfortable bed, buckle up for shuttle bus driver Excellent stay following a long haul flight from the UK. Bed was very comfortable. The driver of the shuttle bus from the airport was not so good - using phone while driving and weaving around the lanes.

The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. It's an older building, so everything in the room is a little smaller and less storage friendly (no closet,drawers or bathroom counter), but it was enough for a short stay.

This was a 10 min expensivee taxi ride from the airport. Definitely not close. I passed 4 or 5 other hotels getting there. We got in at almost midnight bc of delayed flights. We had a king room for 2 adults and 1 kid. We travel often. Usually the pull out couch is an option in these types of rooms to sleep 3. Room wasn’t cheap either. I had messaged ******* about pull out couch or roll away bed. No response. We check in and they want to charge an additional amount of moneyfor rollaway. I was letting them know I booked for 3 people. How would 3 people sleep in 1 bed. They were beyond rude. Told us it was our problem bc we booked with *******. Didn’t want to get a manager for us. When we challenged them they started to refuse us to stay and “couldn’t” refund the costs bc it was *******. Ended up being a huge mess. Beyond rude costumer service. Treated horribly. Took forever at midnight to get a rollaway. Rooms were old. Would never stay here again and as a Hilton rewards member I’m starting to question my hotel picks. ******* did apologize and give us an ******* credit not money back. At least it’s something. Find something closer to the airport.
