We had no issues with our stay. The view of the lake was spectacular, the area was conveniently located close to downtown, and there were some eateries within walking distance. Our room was clean and the breakfast was ok. The staff was friendly and accomodating. We would stay there again.

I’d I could give this hotel 1,000+ stars I would. The location is great. The decor is stunning. The rooms are so modern and clean. We went several times this past summer and cannot wait to go back. Ken became like family. He was there nearly every time we went. He went above and beyond in every way. Hanna and the rest of the staff were truly amazing. We walked the shores of Lake Michigan and found tons of old washed up sea glass and even a few marbles. So fun. Lots of cool wall art and graffiti around within walking distance of the hotel. Ice cream right across the street and plenty of restaurants and quaint shopping close by. Besides the lake this hotel was what kept us coming back for more visits to Kenosha.

Rented at the last minute, The front check in staff and the cleaning staff ere wonderful. Our suite was very clean and the whole hotel was very well kept. Pool are was nice and clean. Room was very comfy and the breakfast was nice, plentiful food and good.
