Highly rude staff, forget to provide amenities and blame you for buying your own. Asked to repair my window (it did not close. I had no privacy). They untangled them and left them. Still didn't close. Target and berate people for not attending suppers (which are NOT compulsory by the way), Unsypathetic towards my health issues. Overpriced considering the above
