The room was clean and good condition. Beds a little hard for us. Overall pretty good.

Lots going on here. Strange setup in the room but not bad. Staff was helpful. Machines were not stocked and the ice machines broken. Overall would probably not frequent this one unless another trip changed my mind or the convenience due to location made it worth the stay. Definitely wouldn't say it's a bad place but there was a lot of questionable activity that even the young woman behind the desk had to keep getting involved in, which she did a very good job of while remaining very pleasant.

Grand Rapids is a relatively quiet city. The hotel's name is a little different from the actual hotel, which caused us to wait for a long time for the shuttle bus at the airport.

This hotel is super clean and well kept, the pool area was clean and I felt comfortable swimming there. Check in process was super easy, thanks!

Located in a large commercial area, easy to eat and shop around, free parking, a rich American breakfast, a small kitchen in the room, you can cook simple meals, but the stove is less powerful. The front desk service was warm and polite and very friendly. The only waiter who cleaned the room was not very careful, but overall it was good and recommended.

Breakfast is very general, if you use a voucher, you have to pay tips and taxes. The room should ask if it is toward the elevated expressway, which is very noisy. You can ask the front desk when you check in. There is free parking, this is very affordable
