The staff was rather basic with directions to find my room it is a very big place and not very well signposted. The room had everything needed and was clean. The pool, jacuzzi , sauna & steam room are all included in your stay, just a bit of a walk to another building.

Close to Kent Hill Park, the environment is very good👍. It is far away from the city center, and the public transportation is well developed. It is recommended to buy a pass and get on as you like! The cleanliness of the room is okay, but for some reason on the last night, the bath towels and towels were not placed according to the specifications!
