"This is our second time to stay at the hotel. The beach directly opposite makes for a lovely morning swim and the hotel is a short walk from the Ekareach bus stop in Kep if you are coming from phnom penh. Staff are friendly and their pool is clean and has a nice view."
"Good rooms, nice looking swimming pool. Great staff made me feel welcome, but maybe they don't speak English too well. The breakfast is adequate, however not the best."
"Hotel location is good, close to the airport, there are also things to eat around, close to Jinbao City, the hotel sports facilities are more, is a good place for leisure and holiday, recommended stay"
"I had just one night at this hotel therefore I can't say too much. My room had nice panoramic view, the bed was comfortable. The room was clean.
The door to the balcony was hard to open, some light bulbs needed to be replaced.
There is an elevator but it was broken the day I was leaving.
There was also pool where you can chill out. But would be nice to have a working cafe to have some snacks and drinks.
The owners we're not very friendly, (but their English was not very good as well, so maybe we just couldn't understand each other clearly.) Somehow they managed to organise my transfer."
"It was a place where you could enjoy the ocean view, and it was good that the hottest place in Cambodia, The Wave, was close by, so you could walk there. The resort is near the ocean, so you can enjoy both sunrise and sunset, and the food is delicious, so I recommend it. The staff was also very friendly and warm. However, the quality of the accommodation is not new, so if you are looking for a modern style, you may be disappointed, but the frame of the old French-style building was left and remodeled, so you could feel the charm of an old French-style building."
"We loved our stay in the1 bedroom bungalow a lot. The decorations are very detailed. The owners will do anything to confort and help you. They are very kind. I loved having the washing machine in the room as we travel for long time. One negative point for us we used the sleeping bed in the living room but was not comfortable enough for us. I would book the bungalow with the extra bed(room) if I would come again."
"Cheap hotel in White Horse, Cambodia.
The single room is not large, it is not bad for one person, there are outside windows, electric fans, cold water shower, free bicycles. Breakfast is $ 9.
1.5 km from Crab Market,
2.3 km from White Horse Beach.
It is about 700 meters from the white horse ranked fourth restaurant and sailing club.
You can see the sunset across the road.
The rooms are much cheaper than the same level in the city centre."
"The hotel and the room are half old, there is a garden holiday, there is breakfast, the staff is warm, about 10 minutes drive to the beach attractions, there is no restaurant nearby to go to the beach restaurant to eat."
"Peaceful retreat close to the Crab market and Kep Nature reserve. Fantastic service from a yummy breakfast to drinks by the pool and help in booking scooters and transport to the Bungalows. Simple, clean room with huge bed and a good size bathroom."

Perfect
SSOUK BOREYI stayed at PHKACHAN KEP BOUTIQUE and it was great! It's really near Kep Beach. The rooms were clean and the service was good. The staff were friendly and helped me a lot. I would recommend this hotel to others!
DDean TooneLovely hotel. Need transportation really as out of town. Quiet with a fantastic pool. Staff are excellent. I would defiantly recommend this hotel.
GGuest User1. The hotel is clean and sanitary, and the service attitude is good. Many rooms are basically fully booked. The first floor is a bit damp, and the upper floors are better.
2. Ctrip published false information, marking that there is a kitchen, but none of the hotel's room types have one, and the hotel manager also showed us the situation they published. It is unclear why Ctrip misled us. Therefore, the seafood bought from the crab market cannot be processed, which is very deceptive.
3. Ctrip's room types with different prices are actually the same room after verification with the hotel. The area and room types are the same. One shows breakfast for 3 people, and the other shows 2 people. My order is for 3 people, but there are actually only 2 people and the hotel has never had information about breakfast for 3 people.
4. Due to the false information published by Ctrip, check-in was inconvenient and I could only check out one day in advance. Ctrip claimed that I could not check out, and the hotel disagreed, but I was at the front desk at the time. The hotel fully agreed, and did not receive the order payment, so the money was withheld by Ctrip and had nothing to do with the hotel. Finally, after feedback, it agreed to refund and claimed to return a symbolic red envelope of 36 yuan as compensation, which has not yet been received.
GGuest UserThe hotel is managed by French, has Chinese service and is very enthusiastic. The hotel environment is clean and tidy, the layout of the rooms is perfect, elegant and not lost, and the service is attentive, making people extremely comfortable. Everywhere I am so hard, today is 30, and I will give us a few Chinese guests to celebrate the Chinese New Year. The price is also very reasonable. Next time I travel to Baima, I will stay at this hotel.
GGuest UserThe manager of the hotel was really friendly and chatted with me when I arrived. The other staff members I spoke to in the bar were nice and attentive. The location of the hotel is perfect for the beach and the restaurants nearby. The rooms have large glass doors so you can see the sea from your room easily. The hotel bar has a lot of drinks and a full menu of food and snacks. The room was clean and big - there is a kettle to make tea and coffee. I would definitely stay here again next time I visit Kep. It was a great short stay in Kep Beach!
TTim from Hua HinAttractive bungalows set on a hill overlooking the sea and behind is the national park. Only minutes away from the famous crab market and restaurants. This is a a very relaxing place to stay unfortunately they have destroyed the mangrove forest and brought in dirt to reclaim land if they continue this practise they will destroy what is best about this part of Cambodia.
GGuest UserNot Worth the Price — Poor Service & Facilities
We stayed at this hotel recently and had a disappointing experience from start to finish.
Breakfast: There's no clear menu for hotel guests. We were told to choose from the regular menu, but no one explained what was included. When we asked, the staff seemed impatient and just pointed at “omelette,” saying “choose this.” We ended up picking pasta, which was absolutely inedible—my son even called it “breakfast from hell.” We noticed other guests also left their food untouched. I ordered chicken rice, which never even came.
Facilities: The shower pressure was extremely weak—unacceptable for a beachside hotel where you need to rinse off sand and seawater. It made showering uncomfortable and ineffective.
Privacy concerns: We left our room locked and did not request cleaning (no sign was placed), but when we returned, the room had been cleaned. Used items like our toothbrush and towels were replaced without permission. It felt like a serious violation of privacy.
The hotel’s location may be by the sea, but the poor service, terrible food, and intrusive housekeeping made our stay frustrating and uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.
TTINGHUIThe facilities are a bit old and the breakfast is a bit simple, but the outdoor swimming pool on the beach is very good. There are many night markets and white sands around the beach. The durians and crabs at the night market are very delicious. The three of us spent more than ten dollars to eat, and the barbecue can also bring Come back to the hotel pool to eat, listening to music and blowing the sea breeze is pretty good
The average price for hotels in Kep is AED 284 on weekdays, and AED 293 on weekends (Friday-Saturday).
