North Jakarta Kelapa Gading Hotels

For people travelling with cars need to pay parking voucher to get unlimited access instead of free parking as complementary hotel facility. Service is ok, would appreciate if hotel can provide separate shampoo and body wash instead of 2 in 1 shampoo and bodywash. Cleanliness is ok.

Really nice, clean, and comfortable hotel at a convenient location! It's located on the side of a huge mall and has direct access to the mall! Enjoyed my stay

Everything is great, food is varied and delicious, there is a gym, adult and kids pools, and a playground. The mattresses and bedrooms are clean, the amenities in the room are complete (there is a hair dryer too). What's missing is the carpet outside the room. The carpet smells of dust, moisture and cigarettes together. there is also hair residue on the carpet.

Good place if you want to spend time in MOI. The rooms are clean although old. The main door of the room I had was somewhat not sound proof as too many vents around the sides so could hear thr sounds in the corridor. But otherwise like the large shower are and with a flexible shower hear. O ly hotel I have seen with bolster, much appreciated that one

I’ve always enjoyed my stays at Harris and have been a loyal customer for the past 15 years. However, during my most recent visit, there was an unfortunate incident. My husband accidentally left his shaver in our hotel room when we checked out on the morning of June 7. We contacted the hotel the following day, June 8, to ask if it had been found. Although the staff kindly checked, they were unable to locate the item. We are quite certain the shaver was left behind, as it was not in our luggage when we arrived home, and we had gone directly home without making any other stops. While I truly appreciate the hotel team's efforts to assist us, the experience has left me somewhat disappointed. Nonetheless, I remain grateful for the courteous service and hope future stays will continue to reflect the standard I’ve come to appreciate over the years.

Overall, I enjoyed my stay, and I would recommend [Hotel Name] to others. With a few small improvements, this could easily become a 5-star experience!

A clean hotel with fair price in Kelapa Gading. During bfast, I found the slow refill and tasteless maincourse... can be improved...

we stayed there because we were too tired and need somewhere to sleep. basically can accommodate our need but other than that, needs a lot of improvement

Minimalist room, nice, but unfortunately the deluxe type bathroom is very small in my opinion. It's also my fault for not seeing the bathroom photo. The staff are also very helpful.
