Monia and her team received us very well. The meal was excellent with a quiet sea view table. Just a small criticism, not a bad one: we should present a menu to customers and announce the price in advance because we were surprised. We will return with pleasure thanks to Monia for her kindness

We tested the Casa Mia guest house as a group. Our experience was disastrous to say the least. In fact, the host who was supposed to make our stay unforgettable turned it into nightmares…. Already and upon our arrival she was surprised to see 5 families because she forgot to note the addition of an additional family after two or three days of our first reservation (proof of reservation and confirmation of reservation available). As a result, she did everything to cover up her mistake and trick us into having two couples share a “suite” while the two rooms that make it up are mini rooms and in which we cannot add an extra bed like that. appears at the reservation level. We brought this problem up to her, she offered us another room but made us understand that we would have to pay for 6 rooms instead of 5, knowing that we only asked to have individual rooms in which we could put an extra bed for children. In short, to summarize the story, the lady and although she was at fault, she did not want to accept her mistake and ruined our stay for us with her lack of professionalism and her greed. We were forced to leave after 24 hours, fortunately there were rooms available in a hotel not far away. I'll let you imagine the logistics behind changing location with 8 young children to manage in the middle of a heatwave.

Our 3 day/2 night stay was ruined by the manager: reservation error on their part, lack of diplomacy and tact, aggressiveness and request to leave the premises. Fleeing like the plague, we had to cut our stay short and we have horrible memories of it!

Scam lies threats! This is what awaits you in this poisonous paradise! The place is beautiful but the manager behaved in the most inappropriate way by leaving us the receipt on the day of departure with a bill that was too high! a sea bass and 4 prawns for dinner at 300 dinars for 2 people! A cousocus with octopus that was too salty and unmanageable that we didn't eat of course at 160 dinars and she even counted the small bottles of water in the room at 5 DT per bottle Knowing that the lady was indirectly forcing us to eat at her place by saying the Kerkennah restaurants are bad and she's the best, also knowing that she never gives you the price of dinners the same day. she prepares the receipt for you on the day of departure. she leaves it with the cleaning ladies so as not to confront you in the end, she will not let you board the boat even if we have paid more than 80% of the receipt. she will prevent you from going up by bringing you big guys and lying about the amount received. be careful before booking

Purtroppo i peggiori 2 giorni di tutta la nostra vacanza. Fin dall'arrivo accoglienza zero, non c'è organizzazione. Chiediamo di poter mangiare qualcosa, Ci fanno accomodare a un tavolo, prendiamo 3 calici di vino (pessimo,sconsigliatissimo)nel attesta, dopo di che non si vede più nessuno per quasi un ora, solo quando un altro cliente li va ad avvisare (probabilmente perché ha visto che avevamo un bimbo piccolo) arrivano al tavolo Al momento di mangiare ci viene chiesto cosa vorremmo, chiediamo cos hanno in menù e ci viene risposto "va bèh lasciamo stare mi arrangio io", e già li sono sorti alcuni dubbi. Dopo 40 minuti comincia arrivare di tutto senza prima chiedere se avessimo gradito quei piatti, infatti diversa roba abbiamo dovuto lasciarla lì, e così anche per cena e colazione. Anche la camera, stavano per metterci in una doppia anzi che quella preaccordata, per fortuna ci siamo accorti subito e non siamo entrati. Potrei andare avanti un ora a raccontare altri dettagli spiacevoli. Al momento del checkout scopriamo il motivo di tutti questi "inconvenienti", lo fanno per gonfiare enormemente i prezzi (Chiesti 900dinari per una notte, 3 persone e un bimbo di 2 anni) totalmente spropositato per la zona. Ma il peggio viene quando gli chiedi spiegazioni che cominciano urlare e dare di matto, mentre noi imbarazzati cercavamo di tenere la calma. Siamo anche stati accusati noi di fare i furbi, (Per fortuna ogni accordo che avevamo con loro c'è l'abbiamo documentato). Alla fine ci cacciano via tra urla e insulti. Scopriamo solo successivamente nel parlare con altri abitanti e albergatori del isola che sono ormai visti male da tutti per questi motivi, chiedendoci loro scusa per avere avuto questo trattamento perché stanno rovinando il nome di tutta l'isola. Noi ormai ci siamo passati, spero con questa di aiutare altra gente a evitare una fregatura.

Un séjour magnifique de 2 nuitées en août 2024 à Casamia. Monia nous a ébloui par la qualité de son accueil et sa générosité. Les chambres sont décorées avec grand gout. Propreté et confort impeccables ! Personnel au petit soin ! Monia est passionnée par l’art de recevoir et met beaucoup d’amour dans ses créations culinaires. Merci pour tout !
