The hotel environment is quite good. The room is also comfortable. The hotel is located on the edge of the town and is easy to find. The waiters are warm and polite. Breakfast is freshly cooked. You need to tell the front desk the breakfast time one night in advance so that they can arrange it. There are many parking spaces for you to park at will.
If there are many people, you can also book an apartment, which is in the same place as the hotel. The car can also be driven downstairs, which is very convenient.

We had a fabulous stay from start to finish in Sneen Hotel. At check-in, we were given a complimentary upgrade to a sea view room, which was stunning. That view was spectacular ! and the room was very comfortable and spacious. The receptionist (Louise, I think) was very helpful & friendly, she booked the seaweed baths (amazing!!) for the next day for us and gave us a late checkout , 3pm, to allow us to shower in the room after the baths. Breakfast was good,freshly cooked with plenty of extra toast & tea. All staff that we encountered were very friendly and very helpful. The hotel is very convenient to the village 5 min walk.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel – with stunning views and a location that’s perfect for getting into town. The staff were absolutely lovely – warm, friendly, and helpful throughout our visit. The scenery is definitely one of the highlights of the property. The food is great too, which made our experience all the more enjoyable. However, the bar and breakfast room really let the hotel down. It did not feel at all like a 4 star, The furniture is quite outdated and the overall feel of those spaces is stuck in the 1990s – lacking warmth or atmosphere. It’s such a contrast to the rest of the hotel, and it felt like a missed opportunity. With a bit of investment in updating these two areas, the hotel could truly be something special – even a WOW experience. It is such a shame as these two rooms overlook the most beautiful view and are such a waste, It they were updated and also update the seating area outdoors you would honestly not leave the hotel for your entire stay. The potential is definitely there, and with a refresh in those common spaces, this hotel could go from great to exceptional.

Upon arrival the staff member who greeted us was more interested in getting payment from me than greeting me properly, mentioning it twice in the space of a minute. I booked a room with a lovely balcony with an amazing view. The room was big but tired looking and could have done with a fresh look. There was no fridge in the room but a space for one and no bottled water supplied. The staff in general were nice. They placed the same dreadful music in the bar on loop for the two days and nights we were there which somehow stuck in your head. Food in the bar for dinner was ok. The breakfast set up was poor , food average . Won’t be returning . Wouldn’t recommend except for the views. As I say four star looking more like an average three star!

We were driving the Ring of Kerry and needed a hotel in the area for one night. After extensive research, we landed on the Sneem Hotel. The hotel is beautiful and the staff is very friendly. We booked a sea view room which was quite large and had a very scenic view. Don't miss the chips in the restaurant/bar!

We enjoyed our stay in a room will a beautiful view! It had a patio, was spacious, and had air conditioning. We enjoyed taking the walking paths to town from the hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating and solved an issue we had with booking the room for the wrong date. We hope to return soon!
